Cooper is an end of career rental for the Bills. He still has game and is an old pro. Don't know if he will be on the roster next year, but the Bills would do well to retain him if they can afford him. The lack of drama that Diggs brought is fine, Josh is the star here now and going forward.

Samuel should have me snaps. Coleman has turned out to be the leader in drops I think. Thinking Gabe Davis like really. So, lets see Samuel if he is healthy and maybe he catches' more than Coleman. Of course, the bills knew about Coleman's drops etc when they drafted him.

Actually, I was remembering back to about ,85, when the Bills and Bronco's had a playoff game in the extreme January cold. bills won it on an INT by Carlton Bailey, the MLB at the time. Low scoring affair, as the elements were heavy on both teams. Hope I got that year almost right. I was there!

Back when I was an athlete, an extra day off in season allowed the body to rest and repair. Definnitely a good practice late in a season. JUst enough practice to put in the game plan and polish up timing.

The Bills D scheme is now unmasked in the league. On TV they said "blood in the water for the Bills now" the scheme will have to be tweeked, and need better players. and, Milano looks a step slow out there to me, I don't want to see that, but I do.

Yes, Elam is a cover/man CB and has all the physical skills to do that. But, McD doesn't value that, he wants guys in position, even if they are a step slow. (Beneford) Elam is the second coming of Ronald Darby, who was also a cover CB. (still in the league btw) Elam will go elsewhere and play well imho. Beneford is McD's find...but the LA receivers undressed him. He had his zone covered, but, didn't make a play on the ball much. And, the scoop a couple of weeks ago, Beneford showed he is relatively slow for a CB, and not up to running with the speed receivers. So, the McD scheme gets good results most of the time, except when the opposition sees what is going on and does something else. A D set up to stop the big play in the air can't stop the run much as we have seen now. And our D line isn't good enough to get pressure sufficient to let the zone back end get things done all the time. (zero sacks against the Rams)

Mike White is the real backup imho. Mitch is a journeyman, but has played a lot. Might get by with him a couple of games. white has had some runs as a starter, and has shown he can play. Buffalo is lucky to have him. Likley to loose him next year as he will be in demand. He left Miami for difference in opinion w the team management.

McD has show he knows how to beat the Ravens. KC too. Its just doing it all in a string.....nothing is really out of reach imho.

Samuel failed to meet the ball on Josh second int. If he had just attempted to go get it, the int was less likely. Samuel just waited for the ball to arrive, which it didn't due to the db undercut. so the int was at least partically on Samuel.

Logue may go back to Atlanta's practice squad. Time will tell.
