I’m defeated already about this game, good to know that there are those who like their chances. I tend to get more optimistic through the week, and just before the game gets here I’m pretty sure we’re going to win. We always lose. This time, I’m feeling the same pessimism all through out this week, it’s weird. Maybe we will win because I’m so sure we will lose this time. The sky is falling!

Forfeiting this week's game makes sense.

I dunno man, seems risky to me to put our players lives on the line. I mean, what if one of them breaks an ankle and needs a liver transplant? That wouldn't be good. I'm with Fergy on this one! -
Jerry Hughes tweet about Brady

Playing Brady’s game of bringing up zebra issues in anticipation for the matchup? Hoping to sway the calls? -
I’m with you there. Agreed

Haha ok, I guess that makes more sense. I think they’re fun really. But, how fast is 16.47 relative to others I wonder. (Don’t feel like googling)

They’ve been very successful, why would they stop. There are a number of things you can do out of it also.

If I say yes, do I actually get to?

So let me get this straight. You want to back up the brinks truck for this guy? -
Will Poyer be fined?

Let them play the game. I have not been desensitized by the NFLs constant cracking down on helmet to helmet hits even without intention. In this specific situation, he did not dip his head to lead with the helmet. They play a violent sport, there can be consequences but they make a lot of money to do so. If they do not want to deal with the consequences, they can make a living elsewhere. It’s ludicrous how many restrictions on tackling there are or restrictions on who can be hit and when. There should be stipulations when signing contracts making it well known how dangerous the game is and what they are signing on to. It should absolve the NFL (not likely in the litigious country we live in unfortunately) of any liability for injuries done in the normal course of play. Let them play the game. -

Big Blue Wary of Bills Mafia? (NY Daily News)
HamSandwhich replied to StHustle's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
What if he did? This isn’t a life threatening situation or anything. It goes well with the topic. Lighten up. Now if we’re talking about something that actually matters, then I get your point. Sheesh. -
NFL Next Gen Stats - Wicked Awesome!

Oliver is much better than the average distance from the AB. Shows his quickness to get close to the qb. He was in the backfield all day. -
Great video highlighting women working for the Bills

Awesome to see, I have no doubt it was because they were the best people for the job not because of diversity and inclusion initiatives. People who insinuate that or push for that don’t give credit to those who earn it. That just diminishes their accomplishments to make it seem as though it was because of that. Meritocracy always, regardless of immutable characteristics! Good job ladies! -
Thursday Night Football Tampa at Car, NFL Network
HamSandwhich replied to RaoulDuke79's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I always hesitate to put Thurs night players in. It’s usually sloppy and low scoring. Can’t do that with Mccaffrey though. -
PFF really hates Josh Allen

I sure hope so! I would like to see replication before I anoint him, so far it looks good. -

Exactly right, they’ll continue to beat that drum until either they feel vindicated or they cannot ignore his greatness. -

4th & 1, how did LeVeon Bell get that?
HamSandwhich replied to Estro's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Pull back on the reins there a bit, “BEST” back to play the game? He’s got a long way to go to earn that moniker. -

If Chad Kelly Was Ever Going to Make It
HamSandwhich replied to a topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Uh yeah? What is your point here? No one is promised the same exact life. Wouldn’t life be boring if everyone could only live the same life? No variation or variety. Everyone has different lives and live life differently. This just seems like a generic comment that means nothing at all. The US is the land of opportunity, not the land of everyone gets everything everyone else gets so that they can be equal in every way. That’s just nonsense. We we all agree on equality of opportunity, no one should be kept from obtaining something others can due to immutable characteristics. In today’s society there is no systemic racism, just bad actors that need to be weeded out. Where we don’t agree would be equality of outcome. Ie no one gets preferential treatment or outright given things due to their immutable characteristics. I know I know, this comment is more for PPP so I will step off of the soap box. Chad Kelly has done nothing in this league and there is no reason to believe he will flourish anywhere, even with Uncle Reich.
