  1. Zay had a shoulder injury all last season . Once his knee is 100% he should be good to go. Via Vic Carruci of the Buffalo News, Bills coach Sean McDermott said Jones had undergone knee surgery, and would miss the rest of their offseason workouts. 2. Trump will ask athletes who kneel during anthem to recommend people for pardoning President Donald Trump says he wants to meet with NFL players and athletes who kneel during the National Anthem so they can recommend people they think should be pardoned because they were treated unfairly by the justice system. "I'm going to ask them to recommend to me people who were unfairly treated," Trump said at the White House Friday. https://www.cnn.com/2018/06/08/politics/trump-nfl-athletes-kneeling-pardons/index.html Unfortunately the people treated most unfair were killed. I don't think Trump has a clue why some players are kneeling.
  3. good grief , very sad
  4. Donald Trump has grown frustrated with Theresa May’s “school mistress” tone, allies of the president have told The Telegraph, as it emerged the pair will not hold formal talks at the G7 summit in Canada. https://uk.news.yahoo.com/donald-trump-apos-tired-theresa-205228718.html?guccounter=1 Trump to skip climate portion of G7 after Twitter spat with Macron and Trudeau The announcement came as Trump engaged in a bitter back-and-forth with French President Emmanuel Macron and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau over Twitter, both of whom he'll meet face-to-face on Friday. Trump is expecting a knock-down, drag-out fight with top US allies over trade during his time at the conference, held in remote Quebec. It's a battle he believes he can win, but which he's unenthusiastic about waging in person, people familiar with his thinking say. https://www.cnn.com/2018/06/07/politics/trump-g7-canada/index.html
  5. Klein struggled in his first year with New Orleans, earning PFF's second-worst grade among 4-3 outside linebackers. Tue, Dec 19, 2017 05:50:00 PM 3/9/2017: Signed a three-year, $15 million contract. The deal contains a $4 million signing bonus and $9.4 million guaranteed. 2018: $4.1 million, 2019: $4.1 million ($800,000 roster bonus), 2020: Free Agent http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/8558/aj-klein 4.66sec
  6. Brit: Trump shouldn't punish Canada for our 1812 glory He reportedly asked: "Didn't you guys burn down the White House?" Doh. You don't need me to tell you that those "guys" were in fact British troops setting about the time-honored tradition of trashing anything we could not hold. https://www.cnn.com/2018/06/06/opinions/trump-war-of-1812-trudeau-gaffe-crilly-opinion/index.html
  7. Bryant was selected last year to NFL.com's list of college football's fastest players and most freakish athletes. He's been timed as fast as a 4.24 seconds in the 40-yard dash, and can deadlift 600 pounds. At 5-foot-11, 200 pounds, http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000935996/article/brandon-bryant-sam-beal-to-apply-for-nfl-supplemental-draft Also Adonis Alexander Listed at 6-foot 3-inches and over 200-pounds, Alexander has the size that teams covet from their cornerbacks but he is still a raw talent at the position after playing it in rotation with Greg Stroman and Brandon Facyson over the past two seasons," Watkins said. Watkins noted that drug suspensions and academic ineligibility prevented Alexander from reaching his potential with the Hokies. NFL teams willing to take a chance could be rewarded down the road. https://247sports.com/nfl/cleveland-browns/Article/Adonis-Alexander-expected-to-be-taken-in-2018-NFL-Supplemental-Draft-118795336 Looks like Bryant has a good chance to go high.
  8. Taylor might be viable with a solid OL , running game and good D. That outside zone blocking in the 1st half of the season was a disaster. It was still good for the Bills and him to move on. I think Taylor will be a ok backup with the right team.
  9. Thanks for that info , and at 6'0 4.48 sec sounds a lot better.
  10. Former Fox News analyst says Fox has become 'destructive propaganda machine' Ralph Peters left the network in March after sending a blistering farewell note to some of his colleagues. The note shocked the TV news industry because he accused Fox of "assaulting our constitutional order and the rule of law." He sounded like one of Fox's most vociferous liberal critics. But Peters is a staunch conservative who feels the network has lost its way. "For years, I was glad to be associated with Fox. It was a legitimate conservative and libertarian outlet, and a necessary one," he said Wednesday. "But with the rise of Donald Trump, Fox did become a destructive propaganda machine, and I don't do propaganda for anyone." http://money.cnn.com/2018/06/07/media/ralph-peters-fox-news-anderson-cooper/index.html
  11. Trump forced Kim Jong Un to 'beg' for meeting, Giuliani says North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un "begged" for the summit with President Trump to go on after Trump canceled it last month, Rudy Giuliani reportedly said Wednesday. Speaking in Tel Aviv, Giuliani claimed that after Trump sent a letter to Kim Jong Un calling off the June 12 talks in Singapore, Kim “got back on his hands and knees and begged for it, which is exactly the position you want to put him in.” http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/06/06/trump-forced-kim-jong-un-to-beg-for-meeting-giuliani-says.html Bolton and Giuliani have to be driving Mike Pompeo crazy.
  12. That's funny , I thought the Captain Obvious commercial was just a joke.

  14. Giuliani to HuffPost: Trump could have 'shot James Comey' and not be prosecuted Donald Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani claimed Sunday that the President hypothetically could have shot the former FBI director to end the Russia investigation and not face prosecution for it while in office. Giuliani told HuffPost in an interview that Trump's presidential power extends so far that "in no case can he be subpoenaed or indicted." https://www.cnn.com/2018/06/03/politics/rudy-giuliani-trump-shoot-comey-impeachment/index.html Trump Says He Has The ‘Absolute Right’ To Pardon Himself President Donald Trump boasted about his “absolute right” to pardon himself in the Russia probe on Monday one day after Rudy Giuliani, one of his lawyers, raised the prospect. “Numerous legal scholars” have pointed out that Trump holds the constitutional authority to a self-pardon, he tweeted. “But why would I do that when I have done nothing wrong?” He also lambasted the appointment of special counsel Robert Mueller as unconstitutional. https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/trump-right-pardon-himself_us_5b15336ee4b010565aadd774
  15. Gill Byrd fired. Under his guidance, Bills’ safety Micah Hyde was named to his first Pro Bowl, Hyde and fellow safety Jordan Poyer both earned separate AFC Defensive Player of the Month honors, Tre’Davious White earned a Defensive Rookie of the Month award, and White is a solid candidate for the league’s Defensive Rookie of the Year. Replaced by John Butler who was fired by the Texans Mike Waufle retired replaced by Bill Teerlinck http://www.wgr550.com/articles/news/reports-bills-dismiss-db-coach-gill-byrd-and-hire-john-butler
  16. Good explanation for amount of cap spending Requirements: 89% in Cash Spending from 2017-2020 The 89% rule does not apply to a single season, but rather a span of four years. Therefore, it doesn't matter if the Browns spend less than 89% in 2017, or if they spend less than 89% in 2018. By the end of the 2020 season, though, the cumulative spending from 2017-2020 must be at least 89%. Therefore, if the Browns spend very little in 2017 and 2018, in order to meet the requirement in 2020, they would have been basically forced to spend a lot of money in 2019 and 2020. https://www.dawgsbynature.com/2017/3/7/14822462/cleveland-browns-salary-cap-understanding-the-89-cash-spending-requirement
  17. I would like to see them hire Sal or Matthew Fairburn they both do a good job.
  18. I just want to see how much the budget deficit for 2018 will be on Sept 30. The major tax cut when the economy is good has me concerned.
  19. I was shocked he made a lot of sense at least on trade and jobs which was the main topic.
  20. As a veteran I don't have a problem with players taking a knee for this cause. I do respect those who are offended. If players are willing to pay a fine for their demonstration that is ok. I don't want the owner to pay it for them though. jmo
  21. If you want to watch a interesting interview between Stephen Bannon and Fareed Zakaria it is well worth watching. I thought Bannon was just a extremist but not anymore.
  22. I think Trump is sending a message , his presidential pardon is there.
  23. Bodine on with Murph , played every game at OC for his 4 years with Bengals. Just in case we need Groy at OG
  24. Watched Murph today with Daboll , I'm impressed and optimistic. Side note “They’re great. They’re two great dudes,” said McCarron. “Nate is a walking angel, and he’s one of the nicest guys you would ever meet. Josh has been awesome to work with, and I’ve been trying to help him in every way I can. But we have a really good room. It’s a fun thing to be a part of.” http://www.buffalobills.com/news/article-1/Bills-Today-Bills-QBs-work-together-during-open-competition/e960b3e4-2bfd-4442-95f3-01b82d62fbde
