I just hope Beane and Jordan Palmer have it right. He will need a good OL and coaching to have a chance .

He’s tall, athletic, and has a SpaceX rocket for an arm. I mean, it’s ridiculous: This number doesn’t correlate with NFL success, but Allen had a measured ball velocity of 62 mph at the NFL combine. No player had ever gotten above 60 since the NFL began keeping the track in 2008. As far as arm strength is concerned, Allen is a generational talent. And to be fair to Allen, while the advanced stats don’t look great, no one can say for sure whether he’ll pan out or be a bust. Stats may not be for losers, but no one would argue that numbers alone make an NFL quarterback. If Allen can piece together his immense talent, he could be the next Brett Favre. If not, he’ll be the next Jake Locker.

I would think if more people are working they would be paying federal income taxes, less priming the economic pump needed. After this latest tax cut that theory goes out the window, not to mention increased defense spending , so never mind .

Depends on the OL . Not convinced Culley is a QB coach. If he sees progress with Allen being mentored by Jordan Palmer let it continue . I would rather not have Palmer on the Bill's staff so he can work with Allen off season . His brother Carson might also be helpful.

I'm rooting for Allen and AJ to progress into a good starter. Then be able to trade AJ for a high pick if he is too good to be a backup. Still hope for Peterman to progress to at least a good backup. I just hope Jordan Palmer is right about Allen.

The only regret I have for last season is not tanking after passing on Mahomes and Watson. The Bills paid a bigger price for Allen and no playoff win. If Allen becomes a good starter then he is worth it.

Browns not drafting Chubb at #4 was the odd pick to me . It made Denver keep #5 to take him instead of trading down to the Bills at a high cost.
