ALF replied to BurpleBull's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would not want to start Allen until the OL is viable and the running game is good. Find out if AJ or Peterman can be a good backup till then. -

Gowdy says FBI 'did exactly what my fellow citizens would want them to do' in Russia investigation House Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy said Tuesday he is now "more convinced" that the FBI acted appropriately in its handling of the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and possible connections to Donald Trump's campaign. Gowdy's comments come as President Trump continues to attack the department and the bureau over the handling of the Russia investigation. https://www.cnn.com/2018/05/29/politics/trey-gowdy-fbi-confidential-source-trump-russia/index.html -

Ranking all 31 NFL stadiums, from worst to best #21 New Era Field (Bills) Open since: 1973 Capacity: 71,870 Rich-turned Ralph Wilson-turned New Era, Buffalo’s home in Orchard Park, N.Y., has been central to the some of the most loyal and hungry NFL fans. It has the same community feel as that of Lambeau Field, but it could use more updating. http://www.sportingnews.com/nfl/list/nfl-stadiums-ranking-best-worst-cowboys-raiders-packers/dky07jdst5w1mcy7cgsm7q6s

I prefer Raj Shah for press secretary rather then Huckabee. He is less abrasive , reminds me of Seth on Designated Survivor .

John Miller Fully Committed to Regaining Starting Role
ALF replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Get back to the Kromer blocking scheme and Miller will be good at RG. Groy at C and hope Teller can get up to speed at LG. Hope someone can outplay Mills at RT. Until the OL can pass protect sit Allen. -
Reporters will still say and write what happened in the stadium though.

Are we ramping up to war with North Korea?
ALF replied to dpberr's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
just one problem What Will China Do if the U.S. Attacks North Korea? If the U.S. attacks North Korea first, even with the excuse of North Korea’s nuclear weapons development, China is obliged to defend North Korea for two reasons. If North Korea attacks the U.S. first, the U.S. has the right to attack the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (D.P.R.K.) in retaliation. http://www.chinafile.com/conversation/what-will-china-do-if-us-attacks-north-korea -

Would be nice if another billionaire could be a minor owner and help pay for a new stadium when the time comes. I would be ok with keep renovating New Era if the structure is sound. The price tag for the new Los Angeles Rams stadium under construction in Los Angeles has reached $4.25 billion, according to L.A. Biz. The figure includes the cost of a 6,000-seat amphitheater next to the stadium, but a planned buildout of retail and commercial development is likely to push the project past the $5 billion mark. https://www.constructiondive.com/news/4b-plus-los-angeles-stadium-could-be-countrys-most-expensive-yet/523790/ Las Vegas Construction of the $1.8 billion stadium began in September 2017 and is expected to be completed in time for the 2020 NFL season. The financing for the project is expected to come in the form of $750 million in public funding and $1.1 billion from the Raiders.[47] The public portion of the funding will come from municipal bonds issued by Clark County https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Las_Vegas_Stadium

It's more of a competition between McCarron and Peterman to be the eventual backup when Allen is ready to start. -

The FBI Informant Who Monitored the Trump Campaign, Stefan Halper, Oversaw a CIA Spying Operation in the 1980 Presidential Election Four decades ago, Halper was responsible for a long-forgotten spying scandal involving the 1980 election, in which the Reagan campaign – using CIA officials managed by Halper, reportedly under the direction of former CIA Director and then-Vice-Presidential candidate George H.W. Bush – got caught running a spying operation from inside the Carter administration. The plot involved CIA operatives passing classified information about Carter’s foreign policy to Reagan campaign officials in order to ensure the Reagan campaign knew of any foreign policy decisions that Carter was considering. https://theintercept.com/2018/05/19/the-fbi-informant-who-monitored-the-trump-campaign-stefan-halper-oversaw-a-cia-spying-operation-in-the-1980-presidential-election/
