Good teams win big games. We need to shift our mindset from worrying about who we play to other teams worrying about playing us. That starts with winning big games.
I feel like I’ve been seeing the same offense for the last 15 years. When we run an RPO or a misdirection or Jets sweep, we all feel like a big boy team for five seconds. Also, our lack of a screen game will hurt us down the stretch.
I would honestly love a compilation where I get to see isolated video of every single of one Beasley's routes in a game. We need to be game planning around him like NE does with Edelman.
I think what he’s saying is where are the rest of your wins coming from after that? The Jets okay. 9-4. And? Pats/Pitt/ravens? Gonna be hard to get to 10.
I can't help but think we're putting this season together for a 38-17 wild card loss. I mean we are taking steps forward from last year, just not enough of them.
Re: 8
Every year some teams get to play a baby soft schedule. That's never us. I'm enjoying it. The Pats have enjoyed almost 20 years of 4 to 6 free AFCE wins on their way to playoffs and Super Bowls. No one says a word.
if i could have one wish it would be new threads during the game. up-to-the-second reactionary "i told you so" threads that just can't be contained in the game day thread.
We become 7-2. Keep beating the teams you're supposed to beat and they can't ignore you. If we roll into Dallas on Thanksgiving at 9-2, we will have respect.
