Teams have figured out how to gameplay for us. They’re deploying more DBs. Working out of dime and nickel. They’re giving us underneath stuff. We were so pass centric for first couple of weeks. We need to integrate more balance. Yesterday was a good sign to the rest of the league that we will run effectively if you try to play small and defend the pass.

Also if you watch the replay, teddy was tripped and falling at the 42 and Harris came from 7 yards away to hit him. He wasn’t “in mid lunge”

I’m actually proud of the responses on here. We’ve definitely grown as a fan base. Maybe the younger kids are complaining but we’ve seen enough garbage to know the corner is turned. It’s not going to be a 16-0 season but it’s a product we haven’t consistently had in more than a decade. I’ll take it ten times out of ten.

Why do we do this? Why do we ascribe so much more importance on certain games? I have a friend who’s not a Bills fan and as an outsider is confused as to why we have like 7 personal Super Bowls every season. It’s another week. It doesn’t matter that it’s the Pats or prime time or that the Jets are 0-6 or a revenge game. They’re all equally must wins. We don’t get extra points for story lines we made up in our heads.

It’s a small sample size, so per game would matter. A few more TDs from Josh if he played another two games could dramatically swing his TD/INT ratio. Also, you left out that Allen ran for 600 more yards than Darnold and rushed for 7 more TDs. Output is output.

The DB does have a right to the ball too. Just not by hitting the WR before it gets there. Step around the WR or jump the route. You don’t get to blow up a WR because you think you have a right to the ball. You have a right when you’re actually in position to make a play. Not when you got beat on a curl route.

The fact that you’re even conceding a push with the WR Corp of the super bowl champs is a good sign.

Just went through the refund process and unsurprisingly they’re not making it easy. Automated phone and live chat that dead ends without you ever talking to a real person. I ended up writing an email and they wrote back with a standardizes response basically saying I’d get my refund some day.
