  1. Turk, exactly, and adding to my dialogue with Gregg, a Jim Harbaugh led Chargers, and a Sean Payton led Broncos are not going to implode at end of games as they are long lasting head coaches who lead very disciplined teams for the last 15 years of you add college and pro with Harbaugh. I swear theBears must be dying they didn’t go for broke acquiring one of these coaches who someday I’m guessing will be in the HOF. Maybe not now, but another 10-15 years and each team will win a SB. Harbaugh was in one with the 49ers, and Payton won one with NO.
  2. Josh SUPER Allen! Faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than any player, able to leap tall Linebackers in a single bound! Look! It’s, a bird, it’s a plane, it’s Josh “Super” Allen. Able to throw, run, and catch passes like no other QB in history in a single game lasting over 104 years, it’s Super Allen! Congrats Josh. My wife saw him recently and had an immediate crush. I told her, relax, he’s 27 and just got engaged. She replied, so. Now I have to show highlights of him to her. She doesn’t even understand football as she’s Chinese. She just likes her eye candy. I told her, that’s alright, and told her my crush for an actress. Hey if it gets her to watch more games with me, I’m all for it.
  3. Greg, I’d add the Steelers who won again yesterday against the Ravens, and the Payton led Broncos. You’re right in our agreement in that I just don’t see the Chiefs the way they are playing barely beating the Panthers and Raiders. I’d lay $ they lose at least two of these games. This isn’t the Chiefs if a couple of years ago lighting opponents up. They’ve had a strong defense last year and this year, but the offense is anemic and the luck is ridiculous.
  4. We finished up the decorations for the house today along with church and the gym. Watched a bit of football, but told my wife to go shop or something, as she know I’m not a napper. I’m only making a last ditch effort to maybe get a few winks as staying up for late games sucks when I’m busy from 5am until bed. Maybe if I can get 30, I will have the energy to stay up til midnight. My wife is patient as she knows what a fanatic Im about the Bills. She asked of the last one, amd said yes except for maybe playoffs. I don’t know about you guys, but I’ve been eating turkey, MP, and veggies since Thursday. Im not normally over apple pie, even warmed up, but enough is enough.
  5. Im with you Hondo. Shakir Milano and really Bernard as Milano’s skills will allow more latitude for Bernard.
  6. Are you guys talking about the Ice Bowl who used to come on this board as an admitted Packers fan, and always was positive about Bills fans? I honestly don’t know as going on other fans sites is a fools errand. Why waste my time? I only care about the Bills, and if want NFL info, I’ll listen to Sirius NFLR on XM.
  7. Yes. He’s also expected to play tomorrow
  8. The NFL is beholding to their network contracts. CBS is focusing their entire pregame show in Detroit, amd have exclusivity on their network nationwide. That’s not changing just because some don’t like 4 pm games. I never understood for people who get up early for work are so heck bent on night games when they as evidenced at 4:25 pm in Bills/Chiefs game. That network share was higher than the night games that weekend. It’s not changing. Besides, you make dinner time halftime so 5:45pm and enjoy the game. A little better than done at midnight, amd for a lot I f us who are up at 5 am every work day.
  9. CBS already reported yesterday on their thanksgiving broadcast, the main crew will be in Detroit for the broadcast. It’s not charging. If we both win the next two games and them next week, the ratings will probably be higher than even the last nationally cbs televised game.
  10. Turk, you know I like your posts, but I live in Tampa with lots of Fish fans, and let them wallow in misery, like the Cheats and Jests. The Jets could be on a 3yr path back to decency if Bezos buys the team as he has more than enough resources to turn the Jets around. Im moving my rivalry to the Chiefs. We’ve beaten them four times in the regular season, so I just want it this year finally in the playoffs.
  11. The Chiefs will not win the AFC next week. That’s only 13-1 and they have a much tougher schedule than many. This goes down to the last two of the games if we keep winning.
  12. I assume that’s a joke. Edelweiss On a serious note SoCal, there is talent on the Bears, and the team has been miscoached and managed. They need a McBeane type tandem to start seriously building a team.
  13. If the Johnson brothers were smart, they’d sell to Bezos as he can probably over pay, and won’t want to lose twice after Washington. Bezos is worth $226 bil. For founding Amazon. He could easily infuse enough capital for mgmt and coaching, marketing, and then let the football people do their jobs. With a new owner, some of the top talent in coaching like Ben Johnson might Want to go there. They’d want a longer contract as a coach, but like the Walton’s, what does he care. Worked for Denver.
  14. Eman, you’re correct, but I’d argue given Kinkaid’s play has not been expected and Knox has came up in critical situations, I don’t see it as a big temporary loss. He could be back for the Rams, but I’m sure he’ll be ready for the Lions. On the other hand, Cooper, Milano, Brown are full participants as everyone else on the list, but Coleman. Coleman could be a full participant today, and more importantly is not wearing any cast or taped even. He’ll be ready for the Lions. The net positive is significant, and Knox will get those red zone targets that Josh loves throwing to him.
  15. CBS is never going to flex this game with one exception. They wouldn’t move it to 1pm, and they won’t give up the game. They don’t own SNF, nor MNF so in what world would they give up a cash cow that is nationally televised at 4:25 pm on Sunday. The one exception is if CBS is granted a Saturday night slot on CBS, and then only then could move it to 8:20 pm on Saturday night. It’s the same reason the Bills/KC game was not flexed as there was still college football on Saturday nights that weekend. Mid December is different as all the rivalry games are over for college this weekend, and the Bowl games are not primarily until the end of December and January.
  16. Happy, I was going to write the same as let’s face it, our WR’s were less than stellar towards the beginning of the year. Coleman evolving, the Cooper trdewehavent seen flourish yet, and so on makes it easy for people to not trust our WR’s ability to get open. With that said, Allen and Brady still found a way.
  17. If all our guys back and humming, I’ll run with 31-17, but if any studs don’t play, at worst 27-17, Bills.
  18. Sierra, don’t forget Kittle has been in and out of the lineup, amd Aiuk has been gone for awhile. They are playing banged up. It’s a leap on Purdy, no one knows with any certainty until Sunday afternoon who will be declared inactive.
  19. My buddies down here in Tampa all seem to think as hot as the Bills are and they acquiesce that is the case, each one questions our ability to beat the Lions. My counter argument is guys, you haven’t seen the Bills with Brown, Cooper with synergy to Allen, Coleman healthy, and Kinkaid. On the defense, no one in 13 months has seen Matt “the missile” Milano. My point is the best is yet to come. We have the 49ers and Rams as tune ups getting all parties humming, and then it’s WW3 on 12/15. It’s also very likely a prelude to the SB. That would be an awesome SB given the Lions have never made one, md the Bills never won one. Lastly, on my above argument I referenced the Bills just beat the undefeated Chiefs without Brown, Coleman, a banged up Cooper, no Milano, you can even add earlier in the year we also didn’t have Taron when we lost or struggling in some games. If we get Milano humming in the playoffs, they also have a base defense in some options countering King Henry. We probably wouldn’t even use the base except for maybe in some first down scenarios to mute Henry’s effectiveness.
  20. Brit, that’s o fun. Just kidding. I’m sure the guys may have a couple of adult sodas, but today is a day for family, football, and laughs. My wife’s sons are meeting my three so should be interesting along with my daughters boyfriend.
  21. You too Scuba Steve! I thought I’d make you chuckle today so enjoy. Besides, I’m in a good mood as my wife wrote the nicest card to me for my birthday. Yeah, I’m a turkey baby.
  22. It’s unfortunate, but the only thing Dabs and Schoen have going for them is the Maras are not quick to fire. If they get one more year, it’s the last one. For everyone involved, holding onto Jones and not keeping Barkley were huge mistakes. Barkley is on track to make the rushing record. Schoen bears more responsibility as he chose the ingredients and the team is floundering in talent. They ticked off Barkley so much he declined the Giants offer, yet took the same offer from Philly.
  23. I love the blue on white with blue socks as well as all of our favorite of the white on white. That’s the Bills. I hate the color rush. It’s not my team. Blue over blue, or Red over Red.
  24. 16-2 for McD in December. My gut is 5-1 this season, and maybe 6-0. We’d better be playing on all cylinders for Detroit. Why l love it is it is likely ad prelude to the SB, and I do t see Baltimore or KC beating us if we are healthy. The football gods blessed us with a week 12 bye. This couldn’t have been more perfect.
  25. I would force rank, Bills 1st, Team 2nd for their brother and leader, and Josh 3rd. He’ll be a lot happier with a ring after February, amd would seal his HOF someday, hopefully a decade and a half from now seeing as you have to wait five years. Now if he wins both, and maybe a couple other Lombardies over a decade would be perfect. Josh is one of the most talented QB of all time. He just needs to keep winning. He will. By the end of it, he may even rise higher than Mahomes. That’s a stretch, but he’s capable.
