Devonte Wyatt DT- Could this be our #1 Pick?
machine gun kelly replied to PrimeTime101's topic in The Stadium Wall
We just loaded up on DT with Settle, Jackson, and J. Phillips. We also loaded up on DE with Von, Shaq, already have Epenesa, Rousseau, and Basham. We’re going CB, then not in this order, but WR, TE, G, and RB. We will finish this draft with a punter. It’s cool as LS, Punters, Kickers are all able to compete during OTA’s so don’t be surprised if someone else gets holding duties for K. Again, after the 1st and 2nd picks, they probably really will go BPA at the needed positions so if there is a better G in RD 3 than RB in RD 3, they’ll take the G. I keep reading the heartiest part of this draft is not RD 1, but real value in RD a. 2-4. I expect Bean to be Beane and bundle picks to move up of he can find trade partners. -

Happy 72nd birthday Fergy!

I didn’t know we had red helmets in the 70’s. I thought the red helmets didn’t start until the 90’s. Fergy was my first QB I remember, but only towards the end. Happy BDay big guy. -
Let’s give Antonio Brown some Million Dollar love.

Pass on AB for obvious stated reasons. He was a nightmare in the end from the Bucs. That’s including having a strong willed HC and a strong willed QB in Brady. -
AJ Bouye: Levi Wallace replacement
machine gun kelly replied to r henderson's topic in The Stadium Wall
If we draft with our 1st pick, we’ll make it with Dane, the pick, and Tre. We don’t know at this point if Tre will be ready in September. It’s a leap to guess he’s not here until October. He could be back by training camp. -
Would you still like JA if he was on another team?
machine gun kelly replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
CH, I’ve lived in Tampa as long as Buffalo, and 67 out of 68 games every four years I root for the Bucs, just not when we play the Bills. I actually love how BB has basically sucked since Brady left. What was Brady supposed to do for 20 years? Intentionally lose. Just like P. Manning beat us a bunch of times too, but I don’t hate him. Brady with regular Joe’s down here has actually been very cordial and friendly. I know four people who I respect just met him in everyday life, and he was decent when he could’ve been a prick. I gave you the example of Sapp who is a douche. -

I always liked the QB’s you mentioned and Stanford winning a SB after changing teams was a nice story. There are teams I don’t like. -

I don’t have negative opinions about Poyer’s of other teams unless they are jerks. The guy I couldn’t stand was on my #2 team in the Bucs (Sapp). He was the worst with fans. I shared this before, but a dad of a kid I coached in flag football a decade + ago, went over to him, and said, “Mr. Sapp, can my dad take a pic of us”. His response which is a real dbag to a 7 yr old was, “ I don’t flick B word”. To a little boy. The dad said it was all he could handle to not clock him. Those are the kind of guys I can’t stand. Herbert, Burrow, Beaker from KC, I don’t mind at all. I’ve even loosened my opinion of Brady since he came to Tampa. Only because I know enough people who have met him and was a nice guy at CVS, Publix, etc. I’m just sick of hearing about him down here. It’s a never ending saga. -

Josh Allen is built for Buffalo
machine gun kelly replied to transplantbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Barring injuries, and he has been increasingly smarter on protecting himself, Allen may even surpass Bruuuce, as the best Bill of all time. Kelly was not the best of all time, it was Bruce. That’s coming from a guy who has his avatar MGK. -
All Gunner's Draft Stuff.... 2022 Edition!!!
machine gun kelly replied to GunnerBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is one of the threads I look forward to every year the week before the draft. Thanks GB as always as you put so much work into it. That said, I particularly liked how you put Booth above Gardner as that hernia will heal. He’s a stud. I’m hopeful between the QB’s who are always over drafted, the five or so OT’s, and all these DE’s we get one of the top CB’s. Once Tre is back and if we trade up a bit, we will complete our team. Depth at G, TE, WR, RB, and Punter will help, but we need a CB improvement over what we had in Wallace. I believe Beane wants speed. -

This was discussed by Sal this morning on the Howard and Jeremy show. I think 7 am segment for those that have Audacy. Were a draw now and Allen is a national star. The media knows Rodgers and Brady are getting closer and closer to being out, and Mahomes and Allen are the biggest draws. -
We’ll White may not be there in September, and they did take White in 2017 for McD’s first draft. where else do we have a starting need. Even WR we Have Diggs, Davis, and McKenzie along with Knox and Howard at TE. CB is the one spot we need a starter.
-
There’s really not many quality vet CB’s left. Haden was good and smart, but he must have lost a step. Beane all but said in the past he wants speed. It’s why he let Wallace go for not much. As much as I’d love for us to trade up, Beane has been known for trading up in the 2nd round. Supposedly there 6 quality CB’s expected to go in RD 1. It will be a fun night in six days. Remember the vet minimum for a 10 yr. Vet is at least $1 mil.
-
If we do go for Haden, it won’t be until after the draft. It will be liars month on steroids this next six days.

Before my time, but heard a lot from my Dad’s generation. Hopefully it was peaceful for him.

Von Miller is Being Sued (UPDATE: CASE DISMISSED)
machine gun kelly replied to sven233's topic in The Stadium Wall
It was actually the sideline reporter Jen Sturger. She was a sideline person for FSU, then the Jets. She’s also a swimsuit model. you’re right though on Favre. He was untouchable. I’d expect Von Miller is the same. -
Booth may not be a bad pick. That hernia will probably be just fine and would’ve been picked higher if he did not have surgery. It’s not an Achilles or ACL.
-
Regardless of the talent, McD has at one of his core beliefs is to have a rotation. Will Miller get 60-65% vs. 50, probably, but he may be better as the 3rd down guy, wrecking 3rd and long.
