  1. Dude, you’re kidding right? There have been like 20 threads and parts of threads on him. Go do the search button. Type in. edmunds and you’re going to feel silly as this exact topic has been talked to death, been on WGR, NFLR, NFLN, etc.
  2. Nuccman, lots of TE’s are in this decade of TE’s lined up outside to spread out defenses. They do that to Kelce all the time as well as others, but they still are TE’s. WR’s have a different skill sets, than pass catching TE’s. There’s just no way around that point. It was the old days where TE’s were in line blockers. Now they have to do it all. If the team designates them as a TE, they are a TE.
  3. They are still TE’s just as Pitts, Gronk, Brate, Waller and Knox. If they were WR’s they would paid as such. They are not. Jimmy Graham and others have appealed to the NFL several times to pay them on the tag as WR’s, and the NFL has responded with a hard no. What Knox does for us vs. Diggs is different. Different skill sets, speed, adept at route running, etc. So Waller will end up wherever he goes to the Raiders or somewhere else a top TE income, not WR $.
  4. Era, if you have the time to research arm length In recent history for outside CB’s, god bless ya.
  5. So which one is Belichick? This is much ado about nothing. Belichick is a good coach, but a terrible GM. The longer he gets away from Brady, the worse he looks.
  6. Slot WR? He’s a pass catching TE. He’s fantastic, but not practical. The draft is TR. We’ll know a lot more by Sunday.
  7. Well, we don’t need a LT, or RT, so hopefully some knucklehead doesn’t say “hey, let’s bring him in”.
  8. I’ve seen GMFB, often enough and I don’t know why people have such an issue with Kay. She’s cute, knows football and I don’t have a bias against women NFL analysts. I’ve not heard anything glaring against the Bills. If you want to talk about Chris Collinsworth, ok or Dan Dierdorf back in the 90’s who was clearly against the Kelly Bills, ok.
  9. I think it’s great. He was a supporter On a national stage on the best nfl tv show since 2019. He and Schein, and eventually Cowherd have been behind Allen forever. Others are just catching up.
  10. I’d lay $ he’s continued and then eventually pleaded down.
  11. NP 4 squared. It’s hard sometimes on these threads to know when someone is sincere and when they are kidding. Theres no doubt Samuel is a very good player. He wants a big contract and we just don’t have the resources. If anything I believe we need to balance out cheap labor in high paying positions. That’s why I’m confident we will go CB, and then WR. After who knows as it just depends on the talent available when we get to the third and beyond.
  12. Can we stop with the drought threads and how many stupid decisions we made as a team, Mgmt, coaching and ownership? We all know we sucked, made a Million stupid decisions and is a nightmare that a handful of posters want to keep reliving over and over again. I’d rather focus on what we’re doing right now, and the hopefulness of having a bright future probably for the next decade or more. Allen isn’t going anywhere, nor is Beane or McD. The Pegulas seem to stay out of their way and we have a stadium planned that will keep us in Buffalo for the next 20 years and beyond.
  13. Why not draft a WR in the second round? That’s where they found Samuel. Don’t forget Diggs and Milano were found in the 5th round. I trust Beane’s eyes as well as his scouting staff.
  14. Deebo is not coming here. God, every player who has talent, someone always writes a thread, “well let’s bring him in”. We don’t even have enough $ for our draft picks along with an emergency fund for the season even if we lump people together to trade up. Its not happening so why discuss it. BTW, 30 other teams fans are also discussing it as well. SF is probably not moving on from him anyway just like Metcalf in Seattle. Why would Shanahan move on vs. calming down the relationship? They were one game away from the SB after two years earlier being in the SB.
  15. Booth would be an excellent pick at 25. Hernias heal. I had one at 24 due to my knucklehead powerlifting days. Mine was a lot worse than a sports hernia. Mine had the intestines pressing through my lower abdomen. Sports hernias as easier to heal. I was back six months later deadlifting and squatting. I hope other teams are afraid of him.
  16. Yes, he was a great prospect, but has the ability to be an excellent player. Some people on the board have never spent much time watching him actually play. I have as I live here in Tampa. A lot of guys come back from Achilles. He was pushed down the chart as they had Evans, Godwin, Scotty Miller and Gronknwas always going to be Brady’s #1 target, and Brate while Howard was hurt established himself. It wasn’t that he sucked, but is now with a better QB, not as many stud TE’s and we may need to develop one of our WR’s post draft as I expect we pick up someone. He’ll be TE #2 here. We are fine. He may not be the second coming of Gonzalez in the HOF, but doesn’t mean he will be better than Sweeney. I’ve seen every play of his in the NFL, and many in Alabama as they are always on down here.
  17. Prime, every time I read you’re posts, I constantly think back to when my kids were little, they would climb into bed with my ex, and we’d watch as a group, ITS PRIMETIME! Find memories brotha, but NBC screwed it up with their show. My boys absolutely loved the Whoop, rumblin bumblin, and so on. Classic ESPN when it was good. Unlike now where it’s a bunch of idiots just trying to outdo every hot take.
  18. I thought it was hilarious. Screw the Cheats. And Diggs isn’t oblivious to how much every Bills fan despises the Pats for the last two decades. I can’t wait instead 4-1 the last 2 years we go to 6-1 against the Cheats. I know the schedule comes out mid May, but I’m so hopeful for the OP game it’s in September. That wind absolutely sucked last year. It’s our cryptonite.
  19. We just loaded up on DT with Settle, Jackson, and J. Phillips. We also loaded up on DE with Von, Shaq, already have Epenesa, Rousseau, and Basham. We’re going CB, then not in this order, but WR, TE, G, and RB. We will finish this draft with a punter. It’s cool as LS, Punters, Kickers are all able to compete during OTA’s so don’t be surprised if someone else gets holding duties for K. Again, after the 1st and 2nd picks, they probably really will go BPA at the needed positions so if there is a better G in RD 3 than RB in RD 3, they’ll take the G. I keep reading the heartiest part of this draft is not RD 1, but real value in RD a. 2-4. I expect Bean to be Beane and bundle picks to move up of he can find trade partners.
  20. I thought Sal at WGR stated that Xmas eve should also have NFL games.
  21. Thanks bud. I didn’t know.
  22. I didn’t know we had red helmets in the 70’s. I thought the red helmets didn’t start until the 90’s. Fergy was my first QB I remember, but only towards the end. Happy BDay big guy.
  23. Pass on AB for obvious stated reasons. He was a nightmare in the end from the Bucs. That’s including having a strong willed HC and a strong willed QB in Brady.
  24. If we draft with our 1st pick, we’ll make it with Dane, the pick, and Tre. We don’t know at this point if Tre will be ready in September. It’s a leap to guess he’s not here until October. He could be back by training camp.
  25. T Man, are you bored as you know CB is the biggest need. Cmon brother.
