  1. K. Williams and Cook are the same draft class. Williams was a 5th rounder. His 2025 salary is less than Cook. $11 mil/year is a nice increase for 5th round RB Williams is a year younger than Cook, 24 about to turn 25, compared to Cook who will turn 26 in Sept. The Rams drafted Blake Corum last year and used a 4th round pick on an RB this year. So it seems that the Rams, like Buffalo, will use 3 RBs. Williams is about as close a comp as you will find for Cook, so I can't imagine the Bills paying significantly more.
  2. Well Jerry O started more than 100 games for the Bills in the 90’s, and post career he helped his sons train to play D1 college ball and sold medical devices.. So he’s got a good perspective on the challenges that players put their bodies through to play in the NFL. He’s more than a fan
  3. That makes sense. Probably some nonconsensual nut fondling, plus who knows what else. Doubt a teammate would go to HR if the kiss was the only harassment.
  4. Yep. That was my experience as I-AA walk on. Back when they still called it I-AA. The coaches really don’t care about you. Of 28 walk ons, only 4 of us were still on the team after freshman year, and only 2 (not me) ever got significant playing time. Both of those guys were really terrific athletes. Anyway, McDaniel is still a nerd.
  5. Considering what a good overall GM Beane has been for the Bills, it’s amazing how horrible he has been at signing D-line free agents. Failure after failure and with considerable investment. The Achilles Heel that continues to prevent the Bills from getting through the AFC playoffs.
  6. With a post June 1 cut, can he be signed (or at least come to an agreement) with another team before 6/1?
  7. I think Staubach is significantly underrated on the OPs list. On my list he is equal to or above 1/2 the guys shown on the top tier. Other QBs I think are underrated on that list include Roethlisberger, Tarkenton, Dan Fouts, and Otto Graham. And Bobby Lane is missing. I would take Marino out of the top tier. Most overrated QB ever, and no way I would take him above Kelly, let alone Josh.
  8. Teddy Bruschi & Tom Brady get votes? And they both voted for Lamar.
  9. Ed Oliver & Hamlin James Cook, Shakir, & Cooper plus a big play from Knox
  10. Benford & Rapp both missed the divisional game against KC last year
  11. Pretty much all the time since last night
  12. I really want to say 35 - 10 Bills for the inverse of the Baltimore game, but don't see the Ravens having a long scoring drought like the Broncos. So.... Bills 33 Ravens 28
  13. Cook should have a a good game. Johnson for a couple clutch catches & conversions. And how about a TD and a couple downfield catches from Kincaid. On D Groot & Benford. Would love to see Milano back in form
  14. Mixon did have a really good stretch of games, when he came back from injury in October. He had 7 out of 8 games over 100 yards with at least 1 TD. Cook has definitely been better the last month and full year stats are better. But early voting and name recognition probably cost him.
  15. Did you notice that they lost to the Bengals 2 days ago?
  16. I agree that the Ravens D has improved in the recent games I watched compared to early and mid-season games. But if you make it the last 7 games you would count the 428 yards given up to Burrow. Besides banged up Steelers, Texans, and NYG team in recent weeks they did hold the Eagles and Chargers in check. It seems to me that their secondary especially Humphrey and Hamilton have been playing really well in the recent games I watched I hadn't noticed great D-Line play from the Ravens
  17. Prefer the Broncos. I know the Bills should squish the fish in a January game in OP. Weather, track record, they're Allen's favorite team to play, etc. But there is something about the recent history, the teams knowing each other so well, and Miami's playmakers that makes me really worry the Dolphins are due to win a close game. Just looking at the last 3 seasons since it has been McD vs McD, the Bills lost the first matchup and then won 6 in a row including playoff game 2 years ago. Of the 7 games 2 were blowout wins and the other 5 came right down to the wire. Even this year at home it took a personal foul on Poyer to avoid the fish having the ball w a chance to win in regulation and a 61 yard FG to avoid OT.
  18. Well now that Chiefs have an almost 90% chance to get #1 seed. Yes definitely sign up for Bills to be in KC for AFCG.
  19. Maye actually made some terrific plays against the blitz on the first 2 drives including a dime TD pass. Give him credit. A couple PI calls did hurt the Bills, but that was bc Maye put the ball up when our DBs / LBs had their backs to ball. i think it was smart that Babich changed it up and ran some plays showing pressure and then droppied out. In the 4th Quarter Bills brought the heat again which worked.
  20. Good to see the acknowledgment above for D. Williams. It was a huge difference after he came in for Spector. Why didn’t he start in the first place? Cook & McGovern blocking for him had good games. Rousseau caused 2 turnovers
  21. Bills keep their 30 point streak alive. Bills 31 Bad guys 20
  22. Johnson, O-line, Cook, Knox, and Josh Allen!! Oliver on D.
  23. I don't agree that Cinci's done nothing since their SB appearance. They crushed the Bills in OP, giving us our most lop-sided home playoff loss in team history, and then lost on a FG with 3 seconds left in the AFCG. That's closer to getting back to the SB then the Bills have been in the Josh Allen era.
  24. The Equipment Manager. Got them the right cleats for this snow game. The Bills really did seem to have better footing than the 9ers
