Yes, and it’s also one of the reasons I’m not a “worry about the future” kind of guy. You really never know what could happen in the blink of an eye to change your (or a loved one’s) life.

I love what Ty Johnson and Ray Davis bring to the RB room, but Cook is the Thurman for this offense. Anyone who doesn’t see it just isn’t paying attention (in my opinion). Now, I’m NOT saying that Cook is a HOFer…but he is an electric player who defenses have to account for, and he opens things up. Like Beane, I’m expecting Jimbo to be ready and play his arse off this year in the hopes he can ink a big deal.

@boyst is analyzing those photos as we speak…

First things to look for when the schedule comes out
eball replied to Charles Romes's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m hoping for @Miami in November or December, and no personal conflicts for the dates in Carolina and Atlanta. I figure I’ll go to three road games this year, and then hopefully a Christmas game in Buffalo. Didn’t @Kirby Jackson confirm the Steelers protected the Bills game, so that will be in Pittsburgh? -
I’m past the point in my life where I need to try to pirate a TV signal. Even at $400 you’re basically looking at $22/week for every game plus RZ, which to me is a bargain when I consider I’m drinking my own beer and eating my own food — or watching on my iPhone or iPad while on the go. But to each his own. Hopefully YT will give us renewers a little break again to make it an even better deal.

But are they sleeping on them? That’s the real test…

Nah, I’m a Red Zone junkie and very often I am sitting around on a Sunday afternoon or early evening when the Bills aren’t on and enjoying being able to flip around to the different games.

I realize Pickens has been “troublesome” to some extent, but what in the actual feck is PIttsburgh doing? Is this a sign of a full on tank for the QB class of 2026?

So I guess there's some "good" news to this -- it does in fact appear as though it was a complete accident and Elway did nothing wrong. The dude just fell off the back of the cart and landed on his head. Still tragic, but no evidence of negligence or foul play.

My immediate reaction was no, but after giving it some thought there's nothing wrong with creating even more competition in the WR room, even if just through training camp. If Gabe is willing to sign a vet minimum deal and try to prove himself, and then wins a roster spot, it makes the team better.

Just finished watching. Love the emotional reaction from these guys. Can’t wait to see them in action. I think the writing is on the wall for DaQuan Jones.

I guess the Bills didn’t think it was as much of a “bad look” as some of those on this board believe…
-
It was a weird game…the rookie safety got burned deep in the first half, the awful offensive play…but once the game was over I had no fears about facing that team again.
-
Agreed. For the first time in a while all of the most difficult matchups are home games, and the Bills do have a legitimate HF advantage. The Texans are on the road, but I don’t think most of us really view them as a “top” team despite their division dominance and the game last year.

Lots of “get off my lawn” and “yelling at clouds” guys on this forum, man…

Mine is a game from 1979…Jets at Bills, week 4. I was ten years old, went with my dad. Beautiful sunny day. Chuck Knox’s 2nd season, it felt like the Bills were building something but weren’t quite there yet. Jets went up big early in the 2nd quarter before it became the Fergie/Jerry Butler show. Butler’s stat line: 10/255/4. The most fun I ever had as a kid at a Bills game, and a great memory with my now departed dad. I’ll never forget that day.

Before the sex allegations he was a no doubt HOFer (probably)…wonder what will happen now.

Ranking The Last 25 Years of Week 1 Opening Games
eball replied to corta765's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yes. 4th down Bledsoe to Moulds TD. I was in the stadium and the only other time I’ve gone from exhilaration to silence in such short order was the Home Run Throwup game when we were in the stadium in Tennessee. -
For those who sit in the lower bowl, where’s your ideal view?
eball replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
No worries in the new stadium, the wind will be confused. -
Mark Gaughan from Buff News Retiring
eball replied to Ed_Formerly_of_Roch's topic in The Stadium Wall
So he's "Gaughan" now? -
Just read in the Buffalo News this morning that Jackson was the only prospect in the draft to earn the “Bills Blue” checkmark by Beane’s scouting team. What does that mean, exactly? Apparently it means a prospect who matches every on and off the field trait the Bills value. Previous recipients include Josh Allen, Khalil Shakir, and Terrell Bernard. Take it FWIW. Edit: I re-read the article, and I think they meant the only prospect of this Bills class, not the entire draft pool. Still, it certainly reflects that the Bills really like him.

Who is our worst match up in the AFC as of now?
eball replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agree and my comments are just an overall assessment of the angst of Bills fans who want to stress about everything! All good. -
C’mon, man, don’t be obtuse. When people chirp about Jalen Hurts having a SB ring and Josh Allen hasn’t been to one, stats like this provide some perspective. Nobody thinks Allen and Hurts play defense.
