  1. Bosa is in no way a question mark if he is healthy.
  2. Man, get over yourself. You’re living in one of the greatest eras of Bills history and this is what you write about? 6 straight 10+ win seasons and 5 division titles? To answer your question? I don’t know why you’re here.
  3. I think he makes the 53 because he can be a core STer and also contribute if needed at LB or S. If they release him he’ll get picked up by somebody for those very reasons.
  4. I think the TV angle was a bit off…he looked fine.
  5. Just realized nobody brought up the return of TBass. While I hate him missing the chippy late, he otherwise looked strong and there are hopefully no issues going into the RS.
  6. I just watched the condensed version so it was tough to identify some guys, but if Shavers isn’t on the 53 I’d be shocked. What a difference a week makes, however. Clearly McD lit a fire under these bottom-of-the-roster guys to play like it meant something. The secondary in general was awful, but Bishop had one really nice hit/PBI over the middle that was encouraging.
  7. Complete click bait and irresponsible. Pegula is paying his share as well as all overruns.
  8. I thought McDermott’s messages last night were poignant and delivered well. He’ll never be the most exciting public speaker but it seemed to me that he had everyone’s attention. I also laugh (once again) at those who think they “know” McD is boring or passionless. There’s no doubt he is encouraging his team to be aggressive and in attack mode all game long.
  9. After which the Pats*** are awarded a 3rd round compensatory selection.
  10. And neither left practice with an injury!
  11. Just saw PFFffffft's ratings for the game. Here are the top 5 Bills grades on offense: TE Jackson Hawes: 91.4 WR Deon Cain: 77.5 RG Mike Edwards: 74.3 WR Kristian Wilkerson: 71.6 RB Frank Gore Jr.: 67.9 I think this tracks. I didn't really notice Cain but agree with the others.
  12. I've also never heard Gabe utter a negative word about being in Buffalo. And we know Josh loves him. As a WR4 it makes a lot of sense. Cut Moore and trade Samuel. The WRs are Shakir, Palmer, Coleman, Davis, Shavers, and Shenault (for returns). Not bad at all.
  13. Everyone always talked about him being a great teammate. I think the problem for most fans who have responded in this thread is that they envision Gabe as a poor #2 WR -- which he was -- and not the player you're suggesting he could be here. He'd be one of the best WR4's in the league. If he is willing to accept that role and the $$ is right...why not?
  14. Perhaps you might have considered that on a Bills forum the topic of the new stadium and all of the associated details would have already been discussed at length. Or maybe that’s just me. Real grass! Yay!
  15. You're absolutely right. I'm glad this thread was started because there is nowhere else on the board to discuss these issues.
  16. Repeat that three times and do something else for a couple of weeks.
  17. Good thread. Most people grade a draft after one season.
  18. The only one of these three we’ve actually seen in regular season football games with Josh Allen is Samuel, so I don’t know how you can even begin to make such a statement. Amari Cooper is still a free agent. That should tell you everything. I believe Beane should try to trade Samuel after cuts. Palmer isn’t going anywhere and there’s no reason to believe he won’t be at least as good as he was with the Chargers. Moore is still a mystery, although dropping an easy dump-off last night doesn’t help his case.
  19. Two weeks until Belichick & Co. take center stage on Monday night vs. TCU. It will be the only CFB game that day/night. I plan to be there; the atmosphere will no doubt be electric and there are few college football venues more visually appealing than Kenan Stadium in Chapel Hill. Huge early test against a program that has established itself as a legitimate player. Based upon their schedule, if the Heels win this one they will likely not lose until a 10/4 matchup vs. Clemson (in Chapel Hill). It’s about to get real!
  20. As a Bills fan, I’m going to be thinking about this issue all day.
  21. This, I think, it the reasonable take right now. Last night was ugly but he really has just gotten back into practice. At least he didn’t get hurt!
  22. Don’t sell yourself short. You were mocked for plenty of other things as well.
  23. It was ugly. I’m really hoping it is just a function of him missing time, being the only starter out there, and “knocking off the rust” as he put it after the game. It’s not the end of the world if a 2nd round pick is a bust, but it ain’t great either.
