  1. Josh is so smooth, I can't wait until he drops a veiled reference to his "arrogant arm" in some post-game interview this season.
  2. Pete Prisco's opinion on the top 100 NFL players means about as much to me as BADOL's opinion on Star Lotulelei.
  3. Serious question...does accelerating his up front payment have tax implications for Diggs? I mean, if there is literally nothing but a benefit to Diggs to do this it seems like it wouldn't be that big of a deal.
  4. As I’ve said many, many times before...PFF is short for pfffffft.
  5. Never thought of Culpepper as having a “big arm” — his long throws were balloons, he just had Randy Moss to catch them. A little surprised Lamonica didn’t make this list. I mean, a guy with the nickname “The Mad Bomber” should have been there, right?
  6. Man, you guys are gluttons for punishment.
  7. No other NFL games. Will probably go to a couple of UNC games this year, particularly since the Heels are going to be pretty damn good.
  8. 60 is way too young. RIP
  9. So, prior to last season the rankings had Josh at #87, which was somewhat controversial in that many felt he didn’t belong there. After his breakout 2020 season, finishing 2nd in MVP voting and getting to the AFC Championship game, where will he fall? I’m predicting top 5. Thoughts?
  10. Agreed. I think it’s a paranoid Bills fan take. We like to feel slighted at any opportunity. Trust me, fans of other teams are envious as hell of Josh Allen. They went from “he’s a bust” to “damn, he’s good” in a heartbeat. Any fans claiming Josh is being “bailed out” by Diggs are doing so out of denial.
  11. Did they ask him why he’s so fat? I mean, the board went nuts over a 2-second clip earlier this week.
  12. It’s not often I say “bravo” to a post of yours, but this one deserves it.
  13. ...and somewhere in the forest, a tree fell.
  14. Color me somewhat skeptical about the transition of Meyer to the pros.
  15. I was thinking it was Frigging Lonnie Johnson Community College.
  16. I am decidedly NOT a "get off my lawn" guy but I am completely through with everyone feeling the need to "record" every friggin' event with their phone. Enjoy the goddamn moment, people. Nobody gives a crap when you post your stupid video on FB, Twitter, or Insta, and you'll probably look at it again once for the rest of your miserable life.
  17. Yeah...you won’t find me buying that hat.
  18. Wait, you mean Allen isn't sitting out OTAs because he wants the biggest contract in NFL history?
  19. Ok, so what you're basically saying is you don't want to answer the question, because anyone making a swap of Allen for Mahomes is obviously basing it upon how they believe the two QBs will fare, respectively, in the future. Is anyone saying Allen has accomplished what Mahomes has so far? Of course not!
  20. I don't think Phil did anything "dumb" yesterday...he found himself in essentially a match play scenario with Brooks, while also keeping an eye on what Shrek was doing. He played a smart, conservative style and a couple of shots got away from him but he was very solid. He knew pretty early in the round that the other guys potentially chasing him were having their own issues.
  21. That’s my thinking as well. 2020 was the first year Allen had a legitimate #1 WR. Mahomes has had Hill and Kelce — two of the best receivers in the game — his entire career. That takes nothing away from what Mahomes has accomplished but it provides some perspective. 2021 is going to be a very interesting season for a number of reasons, but I believe the budding “Allen vs. Mahomes” debate will get a lot more heated. The question of “who’s the better QB” aside, I have no doubt Josh landed in the perfect place for him and for the team, and it appears Mahomes did as well. Flip-flop them and I really don’t know that anyone can predict what would have happened.
  22. Tiger knows his body won’t allow him to compete on the main tour in his 50s. It was miraculous he won at Augusta at 43. The new injuries only, unfortunately, sealed the deal.
  23. I don’t think there’s any question Tiger was rooting for Phil. They are more alike in their appreciation for the history of the game than they are different. It was a magical weekend. If Phil had only embraced the mental side of the game when he was younger who knows what his stats would look like next to Tiger’s. He has as much talent as anyone who has ever played the game.
