  1. You people are something else. This has become a Tyrod and Edmunds thread. Christ. Can somebody tell me something about Davis Mills? He had one good drive last Thursday but otherwise…meh. Have to think Frazier’s D will eat him up. This game has the makings of a Trubisky 4th quarter that is not due to injury. You know the Bills see the KC game on the schedule next week but that whole “humble and hungry” approach has me confident they aren’t looking past the Texans. 17 is a big spread, but the Bills are coming off a +35 and +22 against better competition…
  2. I feel like this thread is missing that “expert” opinion we all crave.
  3. Umm…any highlights show or website?
  4. I’ve come to the conclusion that Edmunds is a pretty good LB who works well within the Buffalo defense. Is that the guy I want to pay top-5 LB money to when his contract expires? Nope. But he’s also not JAG. The retention of Milano last offseason looks more and more like the steal of the offseason. If they both stay healthy the Bills’ D will be just fine.
  5. LOL. The truth of the matter is that only fans and the media believe the “trap game” nonsense. Sure, some players look ahead at the schedule, but in the NFL each and every player knows if he is not focused in the moment he is ripe to be embarrassed.
  6. My favorite play from the KC-LAC game yesterday was “showman” Mahomes throwing a no-look pass for an interception when it was completely unnecessary.
  7. With a sarcasm detector like that, you should get out more often. And yet he’d still lose the big game.
  8. Look it up, bud. By the way, nice game by Mac yesterday!!!
  9. Cue the "oh great, he will torch the Bills for two TDs in two weeks" guy.
  10. Yeah, but let's see how long it takes him to get 200. I still think he was a reach at #7.
  11. The Pats*** are the biggest surprise. Just awful yesterday. We need for Baltimore and Cleveland to split. The Raiders have done well but I’m not yet a believer. Hopefully they and Denver do enough to saddle KC and LAC with another loss or two. It also looks right now as if drawing the AFC South this season was a blessing for Buffalo.
  12. Just a bit different than after W1 when it was gloom, doom, Josh-can't-play-in-front-of-crowds mayhem around here and we were going to be lucky to sneak in as a wild card.
  13. Looks like it's time for my annual "trap games don't exist" lesson. There is NO historical difference in good teams' winning percentages against bad teams in the week before a supposedly "big" game.
  14. Just donated $43 for the number of points scored by Daboll's offense yesterday.
  15. My only correction for the OP is that Mahomes sat a year...he didn't "light it up" immediately. The Jests have a crappy owner. It makes a difference. I don't feel sorry for Wilson or any other Jest. Screw 'em.
  16. Umm, lighten up, Francis. I’m just busting your and @ScottLaw‘s chops. My point holds, however — while the stats were not great in the first two games I did not think Allen was “regressing” or playing particularly poorly. Those were two good defenses and he was still making good decisions. I’m pleased the bulk of posts this week will be about other overblown issues and not whether Josh’s extension “was a mistake.” Cheers and Go Bills.
  17. Suck it, losers.
  18. Yep. I don’t need anyone’s rankings to see he has been perhaps the best player on the Bills’ D through two weeks.
  19. Bit of a misleading title…sounds to me as though UB would love to be a part of the stadium…IF the stadium were closer to campus.
  20. I’m pretty sure Levi’s penalty last week was used as a “teaching point” this week.
  21. I haven't read through this thread but my overwhelming sentiment to Bills fans is to stop whining like babies. Buffalo fans have reaped the benefit of the cheapest tickets in the NFL for 30 years. Hell, I kept them for 27 years as an out-of-stater because they were so cheap. PSLs have been around for a long time; just be grateful for what we had and acknowledge that we are going to have to finally pay market price to enjoy a nice new stadium. Totally worth it to me. And an ancillary benefit is that more expensive seats means fewer idiots.
  22. And she does this weird enunciation thing as well...it's so annoying.
  23. First, let me state, unequivocally, that I have no issues whatsoever with women sports announcers -- as long as they are GOOD. I hold them to the same standard as their male counterparts. That said, I find Mowins almost unlistenable. Her voice is just awful, and I'm sorry, that's a big part of being a broadcaster.
