The defensive gameplan in particular was a complete head-scratcher, as were the conservative decisions to kick FGs. It was out of character and I hope McD really has become a better version of himself this season.

That was my unprofessional view of the action as well, although there was one play in particular in which Addison was embarrassed. He started a bull rush, then tried a spin move, and was pancaked. I said "ouch."

I guess I didn't realize the Jags are currently on an 18-game losing streak, which is 3rd all-time since the AFL/NFL merger. Should they lose to Cinci Thursday night they will match the 2nd longest such streak, matching the Detroit Lions' run of ineptitude that bracketed their 0-16 campaign. The all-time worst? Tampa Bay, who lost the first 26 games of their existence. Looking ahead...if Jacksonville doesn't end their streak before then, they will carry a 22-game skid into the 11/7 matchup with Buffalo.

Somewhere on this board somebody started a thread about point differential as if it was something for Bills fans to be "concerned" about. I posted in that thread how it was inaccurate to say the Bills weren't winning big last year based upon the streak Yolo quoted above. It's true -- ever since the Arizona Hail Mary the Bills are beating the piss out of people in the regular season. The Steeler game was an anomaly. This is the start (continuation) of a historic run.

Yeah. Just kind of a dumb statement at this point in the season, if you ask me. Of course every game counts. I think the point is that if the Bills play like they are capable of that loss to Pittsburgh will be nothing other than a blip. But if you want to keep pounding the table about this, rock on.

If you want to go down that road then KC and Baltimore have both also lost games that could cost them a shot at HF advantage. Bottom Line: W1 results rarely impact who wins the big one.

Almost every penalty in the NFL that involves action during the play (as opposed to false starts, Offside, dead ball fouls) is subject to interpretation. PI is no different than offensive holding. I've stopped worrying or complaining about penalty calls...you know going into every game that they will occur -- you just hope a bad call doesn't truly impact the result of the game (unless it is in the Bills' favor). All in all the referees do a pretty remarkable job.

This one’s pretty easy for me. I don’t hate either Brady or Belichick but I absolutely despise the Pats***, their Masshole fans, and their miscreant owner. Bucs all the way, hopefully in embarrassing fashion.

The Bills’ offense is pretty much unstoppable as it is. The combo of Motor and Moss do all of the things needed in this offense. I’m not saying adding a Thurman Thomas clone to the mix wouldn’t be fantastic, but they don’t need it to be an amazing offense.

Going with a combo of NOx2, KCx2, CIN, and BUF this week.

One of those teams had a future superstar at QB. The other had Kirk Cousins.
