Matt Milano #hammywatch - update - officially off the injury report
eball replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
Remember, he’s got those extra 7 hours of rest this week also. HUGE. -
Really impressive young coach. I’m glad the Bolts are in the Chefs’ division…let those two knock each other around twice a year while the Bills have an easier path to the #1 seed. Mahomes, Herbert, Allen, Burrow, Lamont, Baker, Lawrence, and maybe Wilson and Jones…the AFC is going to be a fun conference for a while.

The defensive game plan? Hope our bevy of D-linemen wear out their OL. But really, this game is about our offense. The Bills need to score on 5 or 6 possessions, and I’m not talking FGs. Josh has to be dialed in and our guys can’t put the football on the carpet. I like this, and with as well as Jaquon played last week we now appear to have three stud safeties. You go on with your bad self, Dr. Sack!

Yeah, I guess that's a better sign than him being off the field getting treatment. -
Have fun! I'm not heading out to this one...having about 15 people over and putting up a big screen in the backyard to project the game. Go Bills!

I have to go with shows from the 80s or later because I was too young to really appreciate shows like All in the Family, the Honeymooners, or I Love Lucy. A top five is incredibly difficult but here goes, in no particular order: Kosmo Cramer (Seinfeld) Cheers Bartenders (Coach, then Woody) Hawkeye Pierce (MASH) Joey (Friends) My rationale behind these choices is that I specifically watched those shows for those characters. Really, choosing only five is an impossible task.

It’s time for the football world, college and pro, to say “no more” to Urban Meyer. Go away, you prick.

Dolphins trade Jakeem Grant to Bears

This made me LOL. Good ol’ Ass-Chin made some of the worst personnel moves the NFL has ever seen. He made Marv Levy look like a competent GM. -
Meyer flaming out in the NFL was one of the easiest predictions in recent memory...although even I didn't think he was stupid and arrogant enough to feel up a woman in his own bar after not catching the plane trip back from a loss with his team. This guy is the ultimate douchebag.

I’m in two pools, 3 picks each. Lost 1 pick in one of the pools with NO but survived the other 5 with 3 BUF picks, 1 KC, and 1 CIN. Both pools are down to 46% of overall entries left.

He played yesterday. Wasn't sure you realized.

The Bills are 3 - 0 with Star plaiyng any thoughts

Thx for the chuckle. -
Yup. And by my untrained eye the Bills played pretty well yesterday with Mongo on the bench and Boos getting his 2/16.

Are the Cardinals for real?
eball replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I haven't watched more than about five minutes of Arizona this season but they appear to be pretty good, particularly on offense. I don't focus too much on the NFC other than the division the Bills play each season, though, because hopefully at the end of the day there's only one game in which we could see them. There is no scenario under which the Bills have to go through Arizona, Green Bay, Dallas, and the Rams in order to get to the Super Bowl. -
Our long Cody Ford National Nightmare is over.
eball replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
Keep opening mouth and inserting foot, genius. Right? How dare he try to keep a player motivated in case he is needed later in the season? The nerve. -
It's folk. As in one guy. The OP. Nothing to see here.
-
Exactly what process are you trusting?
-
That’s called McD wanting to keep Ford’s head in the game because they may still need him, whether next week or later in the season.
-
Thx Yolo. Karras was an ex-NFLer.

I really love this team but I can’t get myself to feel confident about a KC game until I see them do it. I want an aggressive game plan on both sides of the ball and let the chips fall where they may. This week’s game does not make or break the season, but a W would go a very long way towards a potential playoff matchup. We can’t be the Chefs’ beyotches any longer.

The guy from Webster? Man, the line must be really bad.

Holy reverse psychology post, Batman!!!

Well…SOME of us have said it would take Dawson some time and to write him off as a bust was premature. SOME of us have said his process getting acclimated to the NFL would be similar to what Josh needed to do because of his relative inexperience. SOME of us are enjoying this.
