  1. Good lord. Get a life, people.
  2. Not sure I agree with all of your post but this part is what irks me the most about Star. I respect that all players had the right to make a personal choice about vaccination but the guy OPTED OUT and then didn’t get vaccinated — seriously, one of the most selfish (and ignorant) things I’ve seen from any player, ever.
  3. Not an accident, but the Rousseau pick was made with the hope of drafting a superstar at a premiere position, which is what you should always be looking to do in the 1st round.
  4. Why are people still worried about whether or not Ford is on the roster? They’re not going to cut him before camp. He’s got about a 5% chance to make the team. I’m curious to see what sort of offer sheet Bates is signed to.
  5. RIP. I can’t say I was a “huge” fan but there’s no doubt that at one time he was THE insider for ESPN. I’m curious as to what the “brief illness” was. He didn’t look the picture of health but 67 is too young. His “This is SportsCenter” commercial is one of the best in that series.
  6. LOL. Your “valid” question is an accusation. They didn’t do what you think they should have done if their allegations were “real.” It’s ok, buddy. You’re like a lot of men who still don’t understand what women face in this world.
  7. Oh, nothing more than classic, ignorant victim blaming. That’s all.
  8. Do yourself a favor and stop posting on this topic before you embarrass yourself even more than you already have.
  9. Might be one of the most ill-informed and naive posts I’ve ever read. Failure to indict is NOT an exoneration of the accused. These were always going to be extremely difficult cases to prosecute criminally. Watson will face his day of reckoning…perhaps as many as 22 of them.
  10. I’ve “sort of” defended Star on this board previously…not the contract, but his play on the field when healthy. I think he was brought here for a specific purpose at a time when Beane and McD were trying to build a culture and work ethic. That said, I think Star screwed the Bills when he sat out for Covid. The decision to sit out a year is by itself not what bothers me…many were rightfully concerned about the safety of themselves and their families. What irks me is that when Star came back he obviously wasn’t in football shape, he didn’t get vaccinated, and the combination of the two resulted in a half-hearted waste of a season in which he stole the Bills’ money. I’m glad he’s gone and won’t miss him one second. Kudos to Beane for ripping off that band-aid.
  11. ...are Greg Rousseau and Ed Oliver. For different reasons. For Groot, he has to be licking his chops about getting to learn and soak up everything from Miller. I'm so excited to see what he brings after a full NFL training offseason program; it's awesome he got a lot of on-the-job experience last year. I'm expecting a HUGE year two jump for him. For Oliver, he gets that "premiere" rush end to give an OL more to worry about. He already took that big jump but we could see All-Pro play this season. And on the other side of things, AJ Epenesa and Boogie Basham know they better put in a LOT of work because some grown ass men were just brought onto this roster to take it to the next level.
  12. I'm so glad you posted this. Robert Woods NEVER (that I am aware of) has said anything negative about playing in Buffalo. He played on a crap offense here with crap QBs and still gave it his all. There is absolutely no reason to blame him for leaving as a FA to LA when his rookie contract expired. None.
  13. On another note: isn't it time for you to stop living in the past?
  14. Great comment. You don’t accept one of these jobs if you aren’t driven to be the best.
  15. Damn it feels good to be a Bills fan.
  16. I just said earlier today, if we had Bruce Smith this is the best team in the league. Von ain’t Bruce, but he’s close. Well done Beane.
  17. And by “talent” you mean what exactly?
  18. You know, really make him feel wanted.
  19. I think you've got it backwards. Players are saying they care about winning and then only going to the highest bidder even if that team isn't a winner.
  20. I'd bet a week's pay this is a baby mama decision or some crap like that ("I don't want to move to Buffalo"). If the $$ are the same, no sane player makes that decision.
  21. It’s amazing, and good for him. He joins the likes of Sam Bradford and Ryan Fitzpatrick as winners in the business side of football.
  22. Geez, these picks really destroy value in the 4th and 5th rounds. it is a system that’s hard to rationalize.
