Yup, I have no complaints — financially or programming-wise — since ditching DTV for YoutubeTV. If no streaming service gets the Sunday Ticket this season I think I’ll be able to use my mom’s DTV login (she got the email saying she’ll have it free this season) so I should be good to go.

Oh, come on, I think Joe is actually trying. He's neither overly optimistic nor pessimistic. I think he's actually enjoying covering a really good team. I'm not 100% certain of this, but I believe it was Joe during Josh's first training camp who coined the phrase "the Josh Allen Experience" while chronicling Josh's other-worldly throws mixed in with the head-scratching moments of a raw rookie figuring things out.

Sully is a professional contrarian, only he doesn't have the personality or charisma to actually make a decent living at it. When it comes down to it he's just a guy who writes essentially the same pessimistic stuff over and over again, changing a few names here and there. If he's right, then he's quick to say "I told you so." If he's wrong, he pivots to a different argument. It's not unlike several posters on this forum who think they know everything. Not really worth my time (no, I didn't read the article, but I bet I can hit all of the salient points dead on).

I don't think any of the suitors for the Ticket believe they are going to "make" money on the NFL package...it is a way to draw larger numbers of consumers to their services in general, because nothing is bigger than the NFL. Apple TV+ wants more monthly subscribers, and they'll get a ton of them if they have the NFL.

The worst case scenario for the Bills is Josh getting hurt. That's really it. If he stays healthy he's the best player in the division, at the most important position, and it's not even close.
