  1. As the resident Aggie fan in this board and having watched almost every A&M game of Spillers, he actually was the 2nd best RB in his own team. Devon Achane is the real gem. Spiller is solid, but he's not worthy of our 1st round pick. He's a late 2nd round guy at best right now - though this 2022 RB class is very weak at the top. Solid depth throughout the mid rounds like Spiller, Cook, and those kind of guys.
  2. Gabe's work ethic will make him great. He's already very good.
  3. What's funny is how everyone here is joshing Josh for his conversation. It was early in the morning in the Bahamas, and Josh was on the West Coast that morning and probably had just woken up. It was the 6-7am hour.
  4. Kelvin Sheppard (3rd round LB from LSU) for Jerry Hughes (1st round EDGE) straight up goes down as one of the best Buffalo Bills trades of all time.
  5. My draft 💤 er is Aggie's LB Aaron Hansford. The dude is a baller and is going to thrive in the right system at the next level. He plays with a level of aggression and has great tackling fundamentals. Here's a short video: Aaron Hansford Highlights
  6. All I know is Chris Collinsworthless is the worst announcer of all time.
  7. No thanks, at least, not in the 1st.
  8. I'll give this one a shot. I've been too busy (for some years now) to go past the first two rounds, but I've got a few picks correct over the last few years. Allen Oliver Basham This year, I'm going with: Round 1 - G, Kenyon Green - A&M Round 2 - CB, Martin Emerson - Mississippi State And I'll stretch and say we draft up and also grab my guy TE, Jalen Wydermyer - A&M. Great draft This guy knows what's up
  9. So... 2 guys who tore their ACLa in the first three picks? I'm going to say, that probably ain't be happening.
  10. I think he meant that we went out and got Von because we didn't beat KC, and just used the 13 seconds that's associated with that game for reference.
  11. I watched Williams a bit because I'm an Aggies fan and so I have an interest in catching some Bama games every now and then. Williams balls out but he makes some really bone-headed mistakes when it comes to temperament and on-field antics. It just feels like too much diva to me, and coming off the injury is a big concern. But gosh darn, he is tough to cover and can make big plays...
  12. Picasso's is pretty solid as an all-around. However, mine and wife's current favorite pizza is La Nova's Tomato Basil Roma done as NY Style. Try it!
  13. There were what, 9-10 head coaching vacancies? If you know who you want, you got to move fast and make decisions and not lose them. Then there's the Rooney Rule. I'm not sure what clubs should do. Risk losing out on who you ultimately want, but also you must check the box. Granted, of course there are amazing coaches of many types of backgrounds. The Rooney Rule is great because there are people out there who still have prejudice in them, even in 2022, and it gives non-white coaches a chance to prove themselves worthy of the spot in an era still dominated by white coaches. It'll change over time and be more diverse - and that's good. Idk... It's tough.
  14. AFC is loaded with the next crop. It was Manning, Brady, Rivers, and Roethlisberger. It's now Allen, Mahomes, Herbert and Burrow.
  15. At this point, the only thing to help the Bills loss is for the Chiefs to lose. If Rafa and the Chiefs win today - being a Novak Bills fan is worst case scenario.
  16. Don't you just feeling like calmly walking outside, opening the door, take a breath of that bitter cold air and go, AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! One more breath. FFFFFUUUUUHHHHHHHHH***********!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Walk back inside.
  17. As the resident Aggies fan, it's an easy answer. With the 25th pick, the Buffalo Bills select, DL DeMarvin Leal, Texas A&M. He's a hot head and a player that does not fit this team. Quite the playmaker, certainly, but he won't be a fit for Beane and McDermott.
  18. I had to stop after, "When Allen hit Davis with a 19-yard TD strike to give the Bills a 36-33 lead, they were on the verge of becoming Super Bowl favorites. The Bucs, Packers and Titans were all out. Their path was clear, and it would begin at an electric Highmark Stadium next Sunday."
  19. Are you asking for a guy to learn CB in 1-week to be matched with possibly the most elusive WR in NFL History? With the season on the line? Just checking...
