  1. This was probably the worst officiating I ever seen in 40yrs watching football. The refs were cheating like they had big money on the game. The NFL needs to investigate this officiating crew
  2. Yup 6 drafts no difference makers other than Allen and that’s counting both sides of the ball!
  3. I agree with some of the premise of your message the only problem I have is not really with Beane it’s with McD a lot of the players on this list didn’t really get a chance to play until injuries started piling up. I believe McD is lost when it comes to evaluating talent on this team and wonder what other players on the bench can also play better than current starters? I would like to see Isabella take Harty and Sherfield snaps just to begin with and I would love to see Bates play instead of Morse just to name a few.
  4. He actually was hired by his GM which was Doug Whaley at the time and btw that was the best off-season during the McD era! The draft was great Tre, Dawkins & Milano the free agents Hyde and Poyer all 5 of these players are major pieces for this team. To be honest other then the Josh Allen Pk Beane has been horrible GM. McD is a snake and made sure Whaley was fired after the draft even after the Pegulas had a press conference that offseason stating that Whaley would be given more power and he will lead the search for the new coach . From 2018 to 2022 Beane hasn’t drafted 1 difference maker other then Josh Allen . That’s horrible and that includes the Defense. He’s had over 40 picks and all he’s good at is finding role players. This team is devoid of top talent and it’s showing. Add Bienemy and Belicheck to that list.
  5. I know this is very rare but McD is tradable in the off season we can trade him to some team for a conditional pick basically giving away his 4yr contract. It’s outside the box thinking but McD is respected league wide and no doubt will get another job right away so trading him should be easy.
  6. There’s a draft they can do better at
  7. You can’t blame the media for realizing McD ain’t the guy to take us to the next level . McD has hit his ceiling as the Bills coach and now it’s time for him to move on at the end of the year . Hopefully Pegs realizes this before McBeane can inflict any more damage to our future by constant kicking the can down the corner for mid level guys that don’t get the job done.
  8. U better believe if they fire him mid season he’ll have a job first week of January or he’ll wait it out and see if things open up with the Bills. Either way I see them splitting up in offseason or maybe they could decide mutually to split up now so Bill can recharge for his next job. I’ll tell u this with his experience and championship pedigree Pegs would have to think king and hard about taking a run at Bill Belicheck.
  9. I see what your saying but no one should ever expect Brady results from any QB that’s playing. I look at Josh more like a Big Ben type or a modern day version of John Elway , Brett Favre. Allen definitely needs more help he needs a better Oline an elite RB to lean on and definitely better Wrs other then Diggs. McBeane has failed him in my opinion.
  10. I agree but man he sure has a way with not letting that happen with the backs this team drafts and signs! Singletary and Cook 2 bkup caliber backs and all the old men they signed here just straight up McBeane has no clue what a real elite running back looks like. Did u see Keaton Mitchell the other day 138yds on 9 totes that’s a undrafted free agents that’s already much better then our 2nd rd bk will ever be.
  11. It would’ve been great to see. I don’t agree that since the Rams beat us in Buffalo the previous yr during the regular season that would’ve had any impact on the game. I think we were better then the Titans and would’ve scored more then they did in that Superbowl . That Bills was must see TV and the offense with Moulds, Peerless & Antione Smith at RB would’ve giving the Rams major problems.
  12. That wasn’t his call that was Ralph Wilson . Johnson was coming off a meaningless week 17 game in which he looked great vs Peyton Manning Colts team. Flutie was struggling a bit towards the end of the season the call came from Ralph to make that move.
  13. Ruff is a great coach they should’ve kept him. I’ll take Ben Johnson any day over McD.
  14. The hofers were all pretty much past there primes by 99 also the QB situation was forced by Ralph. Yes the music city miracle was a disaster but 13 secs to me was just as bad if not worse considering the Titans did throw that ball slightly forward and it should’ve been brought back. Wade had this team balling the following yr until the disaster at Tampa when we suffered major injuries to our defense Sam Cowart tore his Achilles, Keion Carpenter ,Antione Winfield & Pat Williams were all injured in that game. Wade was fired that offseason and Greg Williams broke the team up. Btw Sam Cowart was never the same after that injury he was on track for nearly 300 tackles that yr he was the best lber I ever saw in a Bills Uni and could’ve been a hofer had his career not been derailed by injuries. Wade wasn’t perfect but he never had the talent that McD has and he had us playing at high level as a team. Btw the defense Wade had vs Tenn was a Super Bowl caliber defense and we probably would’ve beaten the Rams that yr .
  15. Wade Phillips was better coach then McD to me!
  16. Gabe best role was Wr #4 playing the opposite slot to Beasley. He needs to go bk to that big slot role which btw we don’t run much of anymore since Daball took the Giants job. Dorsey should be using field stretchers at the other outside position like Isabella and Harty at the very least teams would have to respect there abilities to get open deep and not only that they both are good running after the catch . The problem is there is a major drop off in blocking Gabe is our best blocking Wr. I say to hell with that we don’t run very well anyways rather have the speed on the field .
  17. Time to give Isabella a chance I know he’s not the blocker that Gabe is but he is a separator and has good run after catch abilities. He also has true 4.3 speed something the Bills lack of the field is a burner!
  18. Renfrow definitely not worth the money! He’s also not the same player anymore
  19. Don’t get yds after contact and broken tackle mixed up very different stats . Cook has 1 broken tackle on the year. That’s awful.
  20. No they got paid and stilll performed until they didn’t and then either cut or traded. Yes a RB shelf life is not long but they can make a huge difference. Just like other positions some guys get paid and flop completely most RBs that get paid actually play at a high level still for another 2yrs or so .
  21. Every one of those players u mentioned we’re worth it to there teams until they weren’t just like any other positions. They helped there teams win a bunch of games, divisions & playoff games they made a ton of money for there organizations with merch and ticket sales. The guys u mentioned mostly didn’t play with a franchise QB so they lead the teams they were on . Not all there teams success was based on them either but they were a big part of there success none the less.
  22. Cook wasn’t great vs the Jets not at all mof he’s part of the reason we lost be barely broke any tackles and left yds on the field especially on the pass to the flat were he let a bkup lber make a open field tackle on him. Btw Running backs don’t win superbowls by themselves it’s not fair to use these great players as examples. I’ll tell u what they weren’t the reason there teams didn’t win that’s for sure. I can start naming you a bunch of other great players that played other positions that didn’t win as well. Your argument is biased and unfair because u don’t hold any grudge to others that didn’t win and got paid to. At the end of the day championships are won in many ways but the most common factor other then QBs and coaching are just having difference making talents and good role players.
  23. The Bus, Dillion, Marshawn, Rice, Fournette, Addai and Jacobs right off the top of my head we’re getting more then that but that’s not the point . The main ingredient is absolutely QB but that’s not the only ingredient needed . How many Of these great QBs had a chance to play with a dynamic back? Seems like whenever they did have a beast in the backfield they won more times then not.
  24. How do u know he’ll average 5.3 yds per carry maybe he’ll average over 6yds. There’s some TEs in this league that average more yds per catch then Travis Kelce does that mean there better ? Gabe Davis averages more yds per catch then nearly every Wr in the NFL does that make him better? At the end of the day Who scares u ? That’s the question defensive coordinators are asking that’s what keeps defensive coordinators up all night and offensive cordinators as well when it comes to defensive players. Stars make the world go round and it’s no different in sports . Obviously u have to have key role players to win in any game but the stars win the titles and celebrated for that. That’s why there’s a HoF in every sport. Having a RB that can break 3/4 tackles on his way to a 70yd TD keeps defensive coaches up all night . I hope Cook proves me wrong but I don’t think DCs are doing much prep to stop him especially with his inability to threaten in between the tackles and punish a defense physically. Watching Cook run east and west in the snow last yr was all I needed to see to know he’s not the answer . If we want to win a Super Bowl at some point we’re gonna play in environments that dictate u need to run one ball especially playing in Buffalo.
