Beane and Mcd should be on the hot seat but most of us know that seat is not even warm yet according to Pegs.

They need to cut the fat as well contracts like Knox, Samuel, Rapp, Palmer, Milano & Taron have to be thrown in the trash. There's others to but those would be too much of a cap hit to even mention. This team is in trouble McBeane have ruined this teams chances at a Superbowl they can go to the trash bin as well.

We already know McBeane hasn't figured it out and they never will. There routine is the same every off-season. They build just good enough so Allen can carry everyone to either the divisional or AFC championship . Who's to say the next coach won't get it figured out right away ? I'm willing to take that chance that he does. I agree with you that McBeane won't be fired. I truly believe the Kool aid they will feed us is the coordinators both being fired along with alot of assistance coaches. They will finally bring in veteran accomplished coordinators. I'm hope for a combination of Daboll and Rivera. I'm hoping Josh really flexes his muscle when it comes to bringing Daboll back because I don't believe Mcd wants him here Mcd needs to have power stripped from him to a degree he needs to let his assistants put in there systems and coach there units to there liking.

It's the system he uses that brings out the best in Allen. Ehardt Perkins system has even helped Drake Maye immensely.

49ers were very injured that day other then that Salah Defense gave us fits while he was in New York and look what Ulbrich did to us this yr plus Ryans has shut us down 2yrs in a row now.

Man Hasek and Allen have a lot in common playing in Buffalo they both had to carry there teams on there backs.

Seems like a Salah coaching tree issue as well Allen tends to struggle against this defense. Ulbrich, Salah and Ryans all give Allen fits

Imagine how bad a coach you have to be to want to take the ball out of Allen's hands

First thing I do is hire Belicheck and Daboll to coach this team. Groot Sucks and just stole a Bag of beans from Beane! 😂

I think it might be time to trade Josh I really think he was a steep decline coming ala Russ or Newton style fall off a cliff decline. If we can get a dumb organization to jump on him for 4 firsts I hate to say this and believe me really hate it but maybe u have to Trade him.

I hate to say it but your right but only will they get another chance but they will continue to have the same type of off-seasons that they always have mediocre!

I would love to see both Mcd and Beane fired but just think Pegs will give them at least 2 more yrs. What I do believe will happen is a major shakeup in the coaching staff both coordinators will be fired and we will hire 2 veteran Coordinators to replace them . Not saying I want these guys but I can see them hiring Mike McCoy and Ron Rivera or McCarthy and Rivera. Daboll won't be hired unless Pegs forces it on Mcd because Josh wants him back. Daboll is definitely the best we could do at OC no doubt about it.

I guarantee players are now tuning Mcd out there's only so many times u can hear the same speech the same game plans the same schemes before you start losing patience.

Doug Pederson won the Superbowl with the Eagles in 2017, 2 yrs later he was fired. McBeane has had there chance and have never fixed the problems that could've put us over the hump despite nearly putting all there assets into them. How much draft picks and money did they put into the dline all these yrs only to have 1 player during there tenure reach double digits sacks and that player played on a 1 yr contract. They have destroyed our cap and for what or whom really ? I never seen a GM spend so much money on bkup DTs and Wrs . Resource allocation is the most important job for a GM signing a 33yr old Von Miller with a history of torn ACLs wasn't the best use of them. The previous off-season Trey Hendrickson was available and Hasan Reddick do u know that we spent more on Von then both those players signed for combined with there teams? Then we go drafting meddling DE talent to try to cover up the mess only to make things worse Epensesa, Basham and Groot were all drafted during that time I'm willing to bet without even looking that Hassan Reddick has more sacks combined then those 3 players during the very same time frame and Trey Hendrickson I won't even get close to mentioning him because he probably has more sacks then our whole starting dline combined during that same time. I'm not the GM of the Buffalo Bills but I was begging for them to sign Trey and Hassan that off-season. This is just one example of big blunders made by this regime. Imagine they signed those 2 what they could've done with the draft picks they used on the 3 DEs I mentioned all that could've gone to bolstering the offense and making sure Josh has the weapons to complement the defense.

The draft is full of busts and great players you saying the end of the first round there's no difference makers is a absolute excuse. It's ridiculous. I can sit here for days and days talking about the great players that have been drafted all threw out the draft and even undrafted players. Beane has no clue what a difference making talent looks like and that's a fact

McBeane has had many chances to fix this team but they keep slamming there heads on the wall trying the same things. Every off-season is the same build depth and no consolidation of assets for difference makers. Spending good cap space for backups mortgaging our future for short term contracts. This is a recipe for disaster. They don't know the formula for winning big whether it's X's and O's or philosophy or drafting difference makers they can't get it done just look at all the assets they put into the Dline in these 9yrs and they only have 1 double digits sack season out of it with Floyd. They got to go they are riding on Josh back and now he can't carry them any longer.

Giants will definitely be in the mix for Belicheck they have a ton of top talented players at key positions. The Bills will also be a great spot for Belicheck for a few reasons #1 is he loves Josh Allen and would definitely want to coach him. #2 Coming back and beating the Patriots would definitely be bonus for him. #3 Would be able to bring Daboll with him to the Bills #4 The Storyline would fit like a glove imagine Belicheck taking the team he tormented to the Superbowl

Belicheck and Daboll combo would be the best we can do. Josh best yrs were in the Ehardt Perkins system and Belicheck will get this defense to Superbowl caliber. BB knows the formula to winning it all he would be Josh Allen's Phil Jackson!
