We passed on Dexter Lawrence, Simmons & Wilkens for Oliver looks like a horrible decision now. All 3 of those players are much better then Oliver especially Lawrence and Simmons. These mistakes can kill a team that's a player or 2 away from the ultimate goal of winning a Superbowl. McBeane is the problem here in my opinion a few years back I was begging for them to sign Trey Hendrickson and Hassan Reddick only to see them bypass them until the next off-season where they overspent on an old injury prone Von Miller. Von got more money then those 2 players combined that's awful management. It also lead to them reaching on bad picks like Epeneza and Boggie and to a degree Groot . We make those moves those 3 picks could've been used to strengthen other areas of the team like the skill positions or Corner or whatever group they wanted. I know hindsight is 20/20 but if I know these things sitting on my couch before hand this line would have Hendrickson, Simmons and Reddick right now on it and who knows who else is on this team and how many Superbowls we would've won because of these additions. At the end of the day do you see the ripple effect of such bad management as we used Draft picks, Cap Space and time and still have a average at best Dline. McBeane are the sole reason this team hasn't won the Superbowl there riding on the success of Josh Allen .

I can see the Bills #1 - Players that will either be cut, traded or not resigned Milano, Elam, Jones, Cooper , Rapp and possibly Cook depending on how things go this off-season. #2-Trade for Myles Garrett giving up 2 firsts 25&26 and 2nd 25. #3- Signing a pure run stuffer maybe Bj Hill or T Slayton from Packers #4- Adding a Speedster at Wr Dyami Brown or Marquis Brown . #5 - Sign SS Jeremy Chinn #6 Draft a outside corner with 2nd Rd pk and the rest of the draft go bpa .

I would go after Dyami Brown he has star potential and we can get him a great price

Texans gave up 212 total yds and the Eagles D feasted on the Chiefs looks like we're the only D that had trouble with them this postseason.

If he wants 15mil tell him to find a team that would give him that and we'll be happy to trade him there.

Plus the DEs were lined up wide to take away Mahomes running to the outside like he did vs the Bills that lineup also put the Chiefs offensive tackles on a island and forced them to block in space. Mcd is not a good coach when it matters most he doesn't attack teams weaknesses

I don't trust McBeane to draft difference making talent at nearly every position and definitely not on Dline.

Who's fault if it that this team lacks talent or is in cap trouble? I mean they draft basically no difference makers and they don't know how to manage the cap even though they lack elite talent. I say this is a McBeane problem and if one or the other is holding this team back then the one that's in control of these blunders needs to be fired and if it's both of them let them both kick rocks

NTM were the only defense that played horribly against the Chiefs this postseason. The Texans gave up 212 total yards and we all seen what the Eagles defense did to the Chiefs. We couldn't take advantage of the weakness of the Chiefs at offensive tackle position. We have the most vanilla pass rush scheme in the league by far hardly any wide 9 lineups or stunts and twists . Tim Settle and Poona Ford went to other teams and had great yrs why is that? The key is the scheme and the talent they play with on the Bills. We've put more assets into this Dline then every team in the NFL these last 7yrs under Mcd and he only has 1 player with double digit sacks to show for it and we're talking about a team that's usually playing in the lead in most of our games. I can't understate how bad that is.

Mcd needs a new head coach

Your right if anything Mcbeane has shown us in 7+ seasons is there hard headed and they will double triple down on there plans. They've proven they didn't make adjustments and learn from there mistakes They'll make a trade for a bkup Running back (Hines) that's what these guys do.

I hate to say it but this all falls on the front office and Coaching staffs. They have to be fired at the end of this season. Josh problems stems from the lack of elite coaching on offensive side of the ball and lack of difference makers at Wr/RB . Mcbeane have failed Josh miserably and there ruining him for the foreseeable future. We need to hire a Offensive mind like Ben Johnson. Johnson helped rejuvenate Jerad Goff career he's an young genius offensive mind that will emphasize offensive talent being brought to this team. Det has that balance of physicality and finesse that all teams desire . Look at there RBs u have speed and power same with the Wrs . The Bills right now have no clue what that looks like .

Yeah I seen that too but he's still a massive upgrade over Hollins at this point and most likely will give it his all playing with Allen. I also seen that 83yd TD that was called back on a borderline holding call. Cooper is over 31yrs old I bet he wants a chance to finally win something and he knows his best bet is to get traded out of Cleveland. With that being said I'll give them anywhere from a late 3rd to 5th for him no problem

I agree and I want to add to it by saying Coleman is a suped up version of Isiah Hodgins same guy but Coleman cost a 2nd Rd pick and Isaiah is just looking for roster spot.

I absolutely agree with your post Amari Cooper would be a great addition to this offense. He also doesn't command a ton of targets to make a difference in a game which helps keep our everyone eats theme going. There's definitely going to be games where we need certain players to be just better then the opponent. Scheming and game planning can only get you so far in this league sometimes you just need guys that can win games and Cooper at this point would go along way to helping us with that.

Leggette had a minor injury was out only a few days . Carolina has not really used there starters this preseason there holding them out and they won't play vs the Bills either.
