Always seems to be one of the key problems with this regime not knowing when to let players go . It's a young man's game and McBeane definitely doesn't have a clue about that they seem to operate as if a player hits his prime at the ripe age of 30 😂. I'm hoping this yr we don't have a 30 something old bk like Murray . Ntm signing a injury prone DE for 120 mil in Von when the previous off-season I was screaming for Hendrickson and Hasan Reddick! U realize Hendrickson and Hasan at the time got less money combined then Von got? These mistakes are huge especially when u factor in they used 3 high picks that position and the best they got out of it is a 6sk a yr player Rouse. Boogie and AJ are gone now . This is purely bad resource allocation and now we're about to start feeling it.

It's more like Beane has no patience and trades up for a average player! Coleman is not a Josh type wr . Josh has area code accuracy he needs separators.

I hate to say it but it's time to move on from Tre. Haven't we learned anything from the Von situation? Tre will never be the same player again time to cut him and use those savings to sign a vet safety plus we have to draft Poyer eventual replacement. The Bills have to get younger this off-season take our meds with the cap and draft well. We have to take a page from the Rams last off-season they got rid of big cap hits and went young and it paid off big time

Bills to interview Thad Lewis for OC

I really hope this is it . The thing is I don't trust McBeane to make the proper moves to get us over the hump. I wish we can fire them now! -
McDermott - Excuses, Valid but concerning
NastyNateSoldiers replied to SCBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
No excuses for not having a LB on your team that doesn't know how to call the Defense other then AJ Klein who was sitting on his arse at home for most of the season. It's ridiculous that Dodson which has been here for yrs can't wear the green dot . Mof I'm calling horsesht on that because Dodson started a few games in place of Edmunds in previous seasons and filled in very well. The excuses Mcd has are awful and if that's the case it's a fireable offense either way. -
Where's Josh McDaniels? He should be the front runner in my opinion or heavy consideration. #1- McDaniels runs the same offense (Erhart Perkins) that Allen flourished under with Daboll he even knows that offense more so then Daboll. #2- McDaniels days as a head coach are over he had 2 chances so if we hire him we don't have to worry about losing him or him getting job interviews during the playoffs. #3- McDaniels has big time experience in big time games and knows the recipe to winning it all . #4- McDaniels offense is perfect for the players we have already on the team I can see knowing exactly how to use Cook, Kincaid, Knox, Shakir & Diggs and especially Josh Allen. #5- I love how McDaniels knows how to diagram plays for the passing and running games and how they both correspond with one another. McDaniels uses every part of the field. #6- The fact that McDaniels offense is very similar with Daboll offense would make his hiring a smooth transition for Josh Allen and the rest of the offense. McDaniels might not be a good head coach but he's a great OC with a ton of success on the highest levels of this game. I would love to see how he will use Kincaid and Knox in 2 TE sets as well as Cook in the passing game . McDaniels should be considered for this job no doubt about it .

Bills Cap Breakdown by Greg Tompsett
NastyNateSoldiers replied to DrDawkinstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
This seems like one of the biggest problems with McBeane they overpay old vets and hang on to them way to long. Seems like they don't figure in age to much when it comes to free agency. Von Miller is a classic example of this. I wasn't surprised when he torn his ACL once again. -
Bills Cap Breakdown by Greg Tompsett
NastyNateSoldiers replied to DrDawkinstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think we need to take our medicine next yr and not open up to much cap space just enough to get under the cap for the draft and cheap dust settle free agents. No need to double down on Diggs deal or anyone else this regime made there bed now they must sleep in it. Extensions would be fine for players that are still arrow up type guys but other then that we need to be frugal next season. -
How do you explain Diggs invisibility act
NastyNateSoldiers replied to Coldfronts's topic in The Stadium Wall
I can explain this season after the coordinator switch Diggs route tree changed drastically. To make it simple he was getting over 20% of his routes on Wr Screens and on top of that his isolation routes went from 13% to 27% which makes it very easy for defenses to key in on him. Weeks 1-10 Diggs Route target % Behind Los 10% Deep throws 13% Iso alignment 13% In breaking route 35% Weeks 11-19 Los 22% Deep 17% Iso 27% Breaking 25% -

Spags didn't think Josh could stay patient
NastyNateSoldiers replied to beebe's topic in The Stadium Wall
The problem with what your saying is there many different ways to attack the defense they were playing not just passes behind the los . If it's that easy to take away passing games everyone would be doing it at the end of the day the Bills suck at making adjustments. -

NastyNateSoldiers replied to NeverOutNick's topic in The Stadium Wall
The only one that should be neutered is Mcd and his horrible defense that can't do nothing against real competition. This regime just can't adjust Andy Reid will always look across that field vs Mcd and will have full confidence he can and will handle him. The very least Mcd needs to do because he's not getting fired is too hire a bonafide DC and let him run the defense. Mcd won't do that his ego is part of his problem and he keeps saying we're close as if getting to the Superbowl was like building a house! I hate to say it but Tyler is spot on the Bills won't win nothing as long as Mcd is in control. -

Anybody have a Mcd gif of him saying "Wright"? 😂. All jokes aside I want him gone as well but he's not going anywhere. If they wanted a great coach I'm pretty they can get one instantly with Bill Belichek the man has gone to 11 Superbowls in his career and would do wonders with this team. -
I did too. 😂

Why does people keep saying this? He wasn't fine not at all? No real adjustments on D till it was to late with putting in Dorian and Neal in big Dime . Offensively no adjustments at all so no he sucked and he will continue to suck as soon as the divisional Rd starts every yr. I'm hearing the new banner there putting up next season for next season in the field house is Wildcard Caliber!

If this is not fireable I don't know what is

Klien wasn't eaten alive enough for you . I mean he was trash against the run and the pass he was horrible.
-
Why not use Dorian Williams more than Klien that’s for 1 . Klien is not an NFL caliber LB at this point of his career that decision itself might’ve cost us the game. Why not also use more big Dime defense and have Seron Neal as the extra safety I remember him playing a big role vs KC a few yrs bk on Monday night football vs KC and that game we played KELCE better then we ever had pretty much so yes McD could’ve done more and adjusted better.
-
Yes it’s does fall on McD too an extent first off they made the decision to eat clock on that drive score and leave as little clock left for Mahomes and company. Once the 2 min warning arrived I told my buddies on the chat this should be 4 down territory with 2nd and 9 at around the 20yd line we needed to run the ball preferably with Josh he was gashing them all day with 5/6yds a pop u run force KC to use there timeouts u can’t rely on a shaky kicker to tie the game u have to play to win at that point leaving as little time as possible for KC . A tie at that point puts us in big jeopardy of losing that game our defense was getting torched all day long we had no answers for KC so knowing your Defense and kicker are struggling u have to have a feel for situational football and McD doesn’t have it.. So yes this game falls on him once again .
