  1. Prediction: Ryan dismisses Dockery from his staff in April but still owes him a sizeable bonus. He replaces Dockery with someone from the opposite side of the aisle to fill Dockery's role. Quickly this turns out to be a difficult role for a staunch righty to tackle. We will refer to Dockery's replacement as "Dead Man Walker-ing" hereafter. Within a matter of months, its apparent that Dead Man Walker-ing isn't suited for a position working with the left side of the party line and he is canned. An intern is promoted to replace Dead Man Walker-ing who it turns out is the illegitimate son of a Senator. Soon thereafter, Ryan is replaced by the AVP or assistant vice president. I've seen this show before.
  2. You can "analyze" this all you want but there are inherent problems in the data and methodology. Continuity is not just about who is coaching the team. I think the matter is best summarized as: 1. Continuity for continuity's sake does not guarantee success. 2. A lack of continuity pretty much guarantees a lack of success.
  3. Any agent turning down his 5% to 10% because the client has too many interviews and is a bit of a tool will starve quickly.
  4. My expectations for the movie were about as low as could be but I enjoyed the film even if the movie told about a quarter of the book which covered about half the real story. The movie pinned the blame solely on Wall Street which disappointed me. Other than that, I thought the director did a pretty decent job with CDO the movie.
  5. Tebow could die tomorrow and three days later there would still be new threads about signing him to a futures contract just cause.
  6. Antonio was either knocked out cold or he fakes it better than all of your wives.
  7. Good thing our grandparents didn't share your attitude else you'd be expressing your apathy in German. This thing isn't over until he admits that he was wrong, unconditionally. Stay the course.
  8. My votes are in: mrags should stay, toasted sandwiches, fire mrags
  9. Would of, should of, could of.....Look at the facts we of a suspect defense, we of a coach who was often out coached this year, we'f a losing record against nearly every playoff team we faced this year aside from the Texans. We of a chance in every game but I don't know how you can say we definitely would of won last night.
  10. Ve vant the defense Lebeau-ski. Or vill cut off your Johnson and stomp on it and skwish it.
  11. OP is that guy who says things like, "I'm glad I got fired" or "I'm glad I got that DWI. Best thing that ever happened to me". "I'm glad she left me."
  12. I'm buying. I have a system.
  13. I've been wondering the same thing. What's the explanation for that open vial of blood?
  14. This topic is already being discussed. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/183922-10-68-8-everywhere-else/?do=findComment&comment=3816639 Please consider using the search function.
  15. You want to know how I know that you don't know what day it is?
  16. 1. Guess you should revise the title of your thread. 2. Sick semantics, bro. 3. Yes, if you ignore all the excitement, it was a very dull year.
  17. I thought all those deep passes including 9 TD passes of 40 yards or more were pretty exciting. I also enjoyed this season's long TD runs. I know that it isn't everyone's cup of tea but I guess I'm just into that type of thing.
  18. My main concern with signing Osweiler to a long term deal is that he's already under contract with another team. I think that can be considered tampering and come with hefty fines and league punishment similar to crippling punishments levied on the Patriots in years past. For that reason and because I'm generally leery of Caucasian quarterbacks I'd extend this Tyrod guy that everybody is talking about so much this season.
  19. If Aaron Chrohner released that to the media to cover his own behind, not only would it be kinda ironic, but also it would be a clear violation of his responsiblities as a coach under the Hypocratic Oath or HYPA laws as they're known colloquially. EDITED: To misspelled responsabilities on the first cut. LOL
  20. And then depression set in. That is what I find to be extremely frustrating about this season. I didn't know what to expect record wise this year, but I fully expected to see a dominant defensive units capable of supporting an inconsistent offense and even stealing a few games. I was worried they wouldn't be as good as they were under Schwartz but it never even crossed my mind that with the talent on the field they could be just mediocre. With Taylor providing at least adequate QB play (don't make this a TT thread) and the offense putting up more points than last year, the regression on defense is just maddening.
  21. He reminds me of a young FleaMoulds except without an ounce of originality, humor, or wit. In other words, he's exactly like FleaMoulds.
  22. What do you require before falling in love with a man? Aside from the patience to deal with your misguided Crusades.
  23. Maybe we should draft a DE with better coverage skills? Are there any college DEs who drop back into that shallow zone well?
  24. Sweet little crusade you've got going here, aspiring yogurt doctor.
