  1. I see your point indicating Daboll has never really stood out as an OC. IMO, Dennison appears to be the better coach due to his association with Gary Kubiak. We saw what happened when Dennison was not with Kubiak and it wasn't good. Dennison seemed to know only one way to execute an offense and a certain type of player needed; if anything changed or was different than what he knew, he was not successful. I guess all we can do is hope McD made a good decision with Daboll and this time he is successful.
  2. This stands to be the most significant change. Agree with the posters that stated coaching matters, and I think more so than too many give credence to. It will be interesting to see how Daboll uses what he has right now as that should dictate what is upgraded/replaced next off-season.
  3. There are some still around. I think you pretty much just buy 'toys' in them; like the kind you can throw on football fields when Brady is playing.
  4. Great point. I'd add that Kelvin fell behind Funchess in looks from Cam. So if you think about it, Benjamin was probably more like the third receiver for the Panthers. Getting rid of Kelvin was probably good for them, as well as for Kelvin.
  5. Rams easily. SF will be a distant second place.
  6. Of course that's why Jessie James likes him....for his bank account. ?
  7. Four that I can think of: Broncos, Jets, Titans, and now NE. Am I missing any?
  8. I believe Nina appeared in Playboy back in the day. Haven't searched for it since I don't think she was ever hot. And the picture above of her today makes me want to look even less...
  9. Martha Quinn is much better looking than Nina Blackwood. Never understood the attraction to Nina, who sounds like she eats glass shards and then smokes a pack of Marlboro Reds.
  10. I like the optimism, but there will be a lot of growing pains early in the season, especially on offense. On defense, Edmunds will also have to grow into the role of MLB, but he should be athletic enough to make up for a good chunk of his rookie mistakes.
  11. Vikings, decisively. Cousins will essentially be a cut above a game manager, but he won't have to win much on his own. I don't see the other three teams in the division giving Minny much of a problem.
  12. This is a good idea and I would participate. There are games on the Bills' schedule this year where I would have no problem picking against the Bills.
  13. Welcome! Now... what kind of car do you drive? have you ever dropped a motorcycle?
  14. I had two motorcycles, both road bikes. My first was a Kawasaki Vulcan 800cc and my second was a Victory Vegas 100ci (~1630cc). I learned to ride on the Vulcan and kept it for about 2 years; during that time, I did drop it. The Vulcan actually slid out from under me when I was making a turn in February during a warm spell, where there was a lot of salt and sand on the road from snow we received earlier in the winter. I was lucky, I was not going fast and the bike (and myself) suffered no damage; just a few scratches which were easily polished out. Wait for several good rains to wash the salt and sand off the road during winter and spring months. If you see white crystals on the road, don't ride. I never dropped my Victory, thankfully, though came close when I rode through an on-ramp where there was construction; the crew was constructing something with concrete, so there was sand and water on the ramp. I hydro-planed briefly, and let off the brake and throttle and was able to straighten the bike out and continue on to the highway. Lots of cars were behind me, so falling would have been bad. Overall, that bike was awesome and never complained when I need to give it more throttle on the highway; 60, 70, and even 80 mph were not a problem for it. Very stable bike. The Vulcan started to B word much above 65 mph, but it would do it, it just sounded like it was working hard. I ended up selling the Victory, too. Not because of any incident with it, but because I got tired of it, as well as riding in traffic and the maintenance. Most road bikers are pretty good riders (most, though not all); it's the sport bikes (aka crotch rockets) that are nuts and weave in and out of traffic. They comprise most of the accident statistics.
  15. There are some good looking women in Charleston, SC, just not in these pictures.
  16. Yep. Thanks, Rex!! The gift that keeps on giving...or taking from Terry's perspective.
  17. Not surprising since Shaq has been all potential thus far. Does Shaq have the same upside as Ragland, where a change in defensive scheme will do him good? I doubt I'd expect more than a 5th round trade from him, and would probably make more sense to make a player for player trade with another team.
  18. Just from what I can tell, I wouldn't consider Rachel to be batshit crazy, certainly not in the same league as Miko Grimes. She's just mad she got cheated on while they were married. Can't blame her for being angry, but I agree with you that solving the problem on social media is not the answer.
  19. I would think he knows his time is coming. Just being patient and letting the process play out. At the very least, doesn't sound like Josh's maturity level should be questioned, so that is a big positive at these early stages of his career.
  20. This^^^ Bills will get next to no credit from the national media.
  21. Shakin' their behinds for the men folk
  22. I thought I remember reading a while back that Jimbo himself said that he never chewed smokeless tobacco.
  23. Agree with others. These days you have to screen calls with all the robo-callers. I doubt your friend screening you is anything personal.
  24. Much to do about nothing. He looks better than most people. And I'm not a Brady fan at all...
