There is no way Elway is going to let him go ! Especially with a aging Peyton Manning . Manning may have one more year left & no one even knows that . Elway may just let him go & continue into the future with Oswieler at the helm & no one could blame him . But seeing him in a Bills uni with Rex at the helm & having his guy in Tyrod is nothing but a pipe dream !!!

Tyrod is the best the Bills have seen at QB in a long time but he isn't the future & i hope that Whaley see's that because Rex doesn't ! This could be a Jet's rerun all over as far as that position is concerned, i hope Rex doesn't put blinders on when it comes to the position & listens to those that were hired to look out for the betterment of the team . But it was only TT's first season so there could be room for improvement ! Let's hope so !!!

We will see a much different team in 2016 & here of a lot of renegotiations head lining the Bills offseason news . I think Kyle Williams contract will be redone because of age & injuries, Arron Williams i think could be all but done in football period, Leodis will also have to rework his deal, Mario is a given to be used as trade bait with what he has been saying about Rex defensive scheme . EJ will be another casualty due to his play not his contract but seeing as his contract is fully guaranteed (if i remember correctly) no $ savings there I don't think Richie I will be back either, given Clays out put this year he could be asked to give some $ back or should be asked . M. Goodwin i believe will be gone due to his injury history, he could be a good player to use as trade bait ! Not sure about Bradham his play has dropped off but that could be scheme specific but a real good rookie could easily take his roster spot & don't think Whaley could wheel & deal for a veteran LB to come to the Bills. But what do i know i'm just a Bills fan !!

I count the excuse of injuries as BS !! Go look at where the Pats are at or where they are going !! They have as many if not more injuries to starting personnel that are more than huge contributors to winning & they just keep on going . If they would have stayed healthy this year i could have seen them going undefeated !! But even with all the injuries they had & all the starters that we had come back we still couldn't beat them which was BS !! That game was one we should have won, the only true weapon they had was Gronk & even though they took him out of the equation we still fell short ... So tell me more how the injuries are a legit excuse !! IMHO the ah way to complicated Defensive scheme that Rex & company employs has much more to do with the defensive collapse & the out come of the team having a losing record this year than anything else ! If the D played even close to what they did either of the last 2 seasons we would have 3+ more wins & even Whaley said in a interview on WGR that the very complicated defensive scheme had something to do with the D's ineptness this season ...

NO WAY ON EARTH !! With the Titans needing a HC & Mariotta being there as the future of the team i bet the Titans ownership has already been on the phone with Chips agent . In the eyes of fans & ownership that would be the perfect fit because Mariotta already is more than comfy in Chips offense with their time together at Oregon . If he went any where else IMHO it would be a huge surprise !!

I bet he'll be worrying about that the entire time he's heading to his 7th consecutive division championship ... With a devastated roster he still made it !!

All that being said IF which is huge i will admit . IF they would have stayed the course with Chan & left Fitz at QB could the team been the Jets of this year ? I for sure know that the team would have gotten something for all the dead money they had to give Fitz !!

Well he is for sure better than any we have had in a long time & i personally hope that once & for all this will give the FO at One Bills Dr. the foot balls to get rid of EJ . Tyrod is a gamer and has a lot more that he could & will learn but i don't know that he is the future ? He is a Bills type of player ! The underdog guy thats looking to prove he is that guy . That being said for goodness sake PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE !! don't give him a huge contract like the Bills did to Fitz until he proves himself further, & if you do want to give him a bigger contract make it a incentive based contract !

If he wants to play, as long as he is diagnosed as completely healthy & all hip problems & what ever else he had wrong with him & he would play for a contract for $1 mill plus incentives then --- maybe . He can definitely be a weapon & someone that the opposition has to game plan for or at least keep a very close eye on him during the game . So as long as they can work out a contract in a year coming that they will need to try keeping other players that they have drafted to make the team better like Glenn, Gilmore, & others then go for it ! But if he won't then let him go else where !!

If it's for free what would it hurt to listen ? It's like anything in life if you have someone that has been there done that & wants to help possibly make your path a bit easier by giving some expert type or better yet a more experienced "opinion" of the situation what can it hurt ? They don't have to do what he tells them to do if in their opinion it goes totally against their beliefs or their direction then DON'T DO IT !! BUT WHAT CAN LISTENING HURT ???

Rather than that to prove his point he could go on the field the last game of the year against the Jets & do what he does, be the animal that he is & rush every down despite the call & get 5+ sacks in the last game ! Then he could walk away & walk by Rex & Thurmon & say if you would have only let us do what we do best this season could have been different !! That is the only way that Rex & company MIGHT look in the proverbial mirror & use the players he has to their strengths rather than try to fit a round peg in a square hole . Or he could fire Thurmon & when Pettine gets fired bring him back, because i think if something that drastic doesn't happen i don't see Mario returning ...

Well if he would have stayed in B/Lo they would have said the same thing ! He did so well in the other scheme when Pettine was here which is suppose to mirror Rex scheme but if it in fact does why has this year been such a stinker on the defensive side pf the ball ? I think Petting may have dumbed down the D that Rex taught him enough for it to be easier for the players to understand which made it easier to implement . As a one time musician we use to have a phrase that was used when referring to the rhythm section and that was K.I.S.S. it which stood for Keep It Simple Stupid ! I think that might benefit Rex to do the same ...

So if you get those 2 who do you let go on the squad now ! Hughes, & Dareus they just signed to multi year huge contracts for a lot of money so you sign Ngata & sit Dareus & have him only be a depth player ? If Mario isn't happy which he doesn't seem to be then they may bring Wilkerson in but they have others already on the team they need to keep. Gilmore, Glenn & others are priority .

Well here it is another end of a season coming & we can all look back on some of the events & as we always do try to look at the positives that will carry us into next season. One of the big stories this season was when the Bills brought Cassel in & we all thought at the time this could very easily be our guy for this year & maybe more but Whaley & company has seen something different &the trade with Dallas came up & he pulled the trigger . All the talk at the time was what a goof ball Whaley was & if Tyrod went down in typical Bills fans the sky is falling fashion there was a uproar about the move. But the way it worked out it could have been one of the moves that Whaley should be thanked for. I haven't really paid attention to anything about Dallas because i can't stand their owner & his ego, although i do like Romo . But i believe that every game Cassel has played he has lost & looked on the verge of terrible, so much so they pulled him last week . I was wondering of all those that though getting rid of him was a really bad thing what you all think about the move now ? Whaley got another draft pick for the trade (a good thing) & gave EJ more playing time that we wouldn't have seen what jumps he made given his time to learn while being a back up . Which some thinks he still needs more time on the field so we can suffer through some more of his growing pains but i say it's time for that ship to leave port ! So given all that has happened with the Cassel thing what do you all think about it now ? Sorry if there has been something written about this recently but i didn't look to see before i went on this rant

EJ got his chance to step up & show what he learned while being a back up both behind Orton & now Tyrod , IMHO EJ has run his coarse in B/Lo it's time to man up & realize that what was said about him coming out of college was all true & let him go !! Which i think could be the reason why they brought in Dysert to the practice squad ! I saw EJ last year at SJF & he has little or no consistency throwing the ball he will never be any thing but a very shaky back up in the NFL ! Great guy but thats about where it ends !!

And Lord knows with whats been said in a couple of statements coming out of one Bills drive the team needs leaders !! Last year Kyle, Fred, Wood, & A. Williams were the leaders of the team & this season all but Wood is gone so that may explain why those statements are true ... I thought Shady might be a leader on the team but every time he opens his mouth its to bash some one rather than build them up . Good player - bad leader !!

Isn't that the truth !! Thurman hasn't a clue of how to apply a defense to it's players strengths ! Rex ego is the first that needs to go as far as the D is concerned & Thurman needs to be the one carrying it out the door with his A** !! Then if Pettine is let go in Cleveland which is very possible they need to bring him back !! Mario's latest interview is very telling !!

Hopefully he will take the same lead as this years other 2 FSU draft picks & not the previous FSU draft pick by the Bills !!

If any one should be pissed it should be Whaley ! He had a view of where the team was going & last year despite the offensive coaching staff they had a winning season & a very productive & if i might say ass kicking D ! The only thing they needed was a good OC . Marrone screws the pooch for the tune of $4 mill & rather than going with some semblance of stability it's let's blow up the entire thing and start over ! I was all about Schwartz being the next HC it's called STABILITY , he was the perfect candidate ! The D was lights out , the players liked him, he had all the fire you could ever want, & had a previous HCing experience to learn from . Schwartz more than likely would have kept the ST coach (more stability) & either added a new OC or saw what was rumored that Marrone wouldn't let the young OC do what he wanted & kept him, once again more stability !! I think all of this is at the front door of the Pegula's being new to the NFL & looking to make a big splash of which they did by hiring Rex . Which we are now as always seeing what change can do ! I as a fan have absolutely no idea what is going to happen or what should happen but what ever will happen will happen & alls we can do as fans is sit back & watch or stop watching & find another hobby . Hey maybe wee should do what the Broncos did & put Jimbo in as the GM

D. Thurmon should lead this bunch as the first out the door, then Boobie, Mario should stay because of what he can do if the coaches would let him ! No coach has used R. Woods correctly since he's been here & Carpenter is good just having a bad year kind of like the Bills ... The O line is better than it's been in a while they just need to be more disciplined & i think some of it might be G/Ro's scheme with all the pulling & trapping & such just let the guys play with out all the extra junk !!

Both Whaley, & The Pegula's were in with Rex thats why they wanted a second interview. Even Brandon was in on it which may have been his last official football act ! I think Rex brings great enthusiasm to the team i just wish he would play to the strengths of his players ! He has got the D down when it comes to the running game but he needs to let the guys go for it more ! To have Mario dropping into coverage is utterly ridiculous !! He is one of the best at his job & has proved it the last 3 years well at least 2 yrs ! Just all this disguising & moving & crap he needs to go just let the guys play the way they know they can ! Schwartz let them go & they were the tops in the defense. I think the Bills can be really good but our coach first has to put his ego aside about "his scheme" & fire Thurmon the guy is a jerk !

And you can tell by the way he acts sometimes , he for sure is a great RB but he isn't a Bills type player like a FJ or KW !!

Boy that honeymoon didn't last long ! The GM was the one that assembled this team that you call so talented . If the coaches can't get the talent to play well because of the scheme they are employing how can it be the GM's fault ? Yes i am a bit pissed at Rex because of his ego thinking that he can take a top 4 defense & make it better by changing everything there is to change about it . On the other hand this is TT's first season behind the wheel of a new O & with all the motions & things that G/Ro does not to mention the timing of a new QB with his receivers , it doesn't just magically fall together ! The Bengals have been decent since Dalton got there but it finally looks like he has got it coming together & that only took what 4 years ? I hate it that the Bills aren't as good as we thought but give it more than 13 games , heck they at least gave EJ 16 games to decide he stinks !!

Ground & pound It's more like shake & bake with Shady in there & i can't for the life of me figure out why they brought Felton in & paid him what they did because they sure aren't getting much if any return on the money they spent ! Especially in a "Ground & Pound" type scheme i don't know that the guy has been on the field for 30 plays this year has ha ??

You mean the fans that threw snow balls at Santa would not be accommodating, the city of BROTHERLY LOVE ?? Say it ain't so !!
