  1. Superbowl 27, 1992 in Pasadena. Bills got blown out by the Cowboys. We were up 10 - 0 and then Kelly was knocked out of the game. Dallas was heavily favored. Michael Jackson was the half time entertainment. He put on a good show. My brother and I paid $500 each for a seat which we thought was a lot of money at the time.
  2. That was undoubtedly the worst officiating I have witnessed in I don't know how many games. It was worse than the officiating at all the Chiefs games.
  3. More proof Leslie will not be coming back despite what was said....
  4. That is as good a guess on this situation as any. McDermott took over the defense once before during the season.
  5. I'm with you all the way on the running back...
  6. I thought all the awards and so called entertainment were way overdone. I was totally bored with all of it. Just a chance for the NFL to hide all their garbage under a bunch of meaningless PR.
  7. KC has a knack for scoring in the last seconds of a game. Drives me nuts. I'm rooting for Philly.
  8. Tua had no business finishing the Bills game. He will be out for a while now if he comes back at all. Dolphins staff should be under the microscope for letting him play.
  9. I'm with you. Tyrod played his heart out as a Bill. I wish him nothing but success. I am sorry to hear he was hurt again.
  10. See you there! My brother and I have our tickets!
  11. It is not just Josh, it was anyone receiving a thrown ball. The ball is hard, slippery, and not as easy to catch in cold weather.
  12. There could come a game when getting 2 points means the difference between a win or loss. Experience in these situations matters.
  13. Or maybe Brandon Brooks from the Eagles? I know he is out right now with a torn pec.
  14. I'm right with you on that. But the more I read about the guy and saw what he was doing the more respect I developed for him.
  15. My take is that the offense began to believe the huge volume of "wonderfulness" in the press. Daboll is so good, Josh is MVP, everything offensively is so awesome. It simply went to their heads. I blame Daboll because he should have known better and his play calls were unimaginably bad. The offense was unprepared and Josh reverted to his 2019 ways.
  16. It's great we are all pumped up for the season but we have 17 games to play. I wouldn't be cocky regarding the Chiefs or a score of other teams including the fish.
  17. The problem with the Chargers is that they are owned by Dean Spanos.
  18. I am delighted to hear this. I felt the plays calls in the last couple of games were very conservative. Like they were taking it easy to be sure to get different things "right". I think providing the players with more freedom and flexibility will pay off.
  19. Boy do I agree with this. The present coaching staff is more concerned with not making mistakes. They want error free football. I do not feel that is any way to learn. You have to "Push" your players. Be aggressive. Nothing shortens the learning curve like being thrown to the wolves. One of two things will happen. You will see great strides being made (like in the case of Lamar Jackson in Baltimore) or your player will fail. If the player fails it is better now than hanging on to a player that can not cut it in the long run.
  20. Very good review. I am with you on Oliver. I haven't seen much from him all season. The one credited sack was dubious at best. I also am frustrated with Daboll. I feel like he has put a damper on Allen. As a result Allen seems to have lost the spark that kept him dynamic and interesting to watch.
  21. I am wondering why it has not happened as of yet. What do the coaches know that we don't?
