One Thing You Still Want To See This Bills Team Prove?
Gugny replied to wagne591's topic in The Stadium Wall
Beat Tampa Bay in the regular season. Then beat them again in the Super Bowl. -
As a Mets fan, it's not easy to root for the Braves. But since they're playing the wired midget and all of his cheating friends, I am ALL IN on Atlanta.

What parent here would have the nerve for this?
Gugny replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in Off the Wall
Nine might be a little young, but I love the idea and wish I'd have done something like this with Lil' Gug. Looks like a lot of fun and great lessons to be learned (perhaps by both the child and the parents). -
One of my most favorite sandwiches is bologna, cheese, ketchup and potato chips. When I was young, my mom would make meatloaf, mashed potatoes and Spanish rice. I would mix them all together and top with A-1 Sauce. I like to dip my grilled cheese sandwiches in ketchup.

This seems like an awful lot of work and money to watch a boring sport like hockey.

I'm pretty sure that if the first game played is a 1pm start in Pacific Time and the second game is a Monday night 8:30pm start in Eastern time, then the player IS eligible to play due to the hours passed between games. That's why Ertz was ineligible to play ... because not enough hours had passed between games. https://nflpaweb.blob.core.windows.net/website/PDFs/CBA/March-15-2020-NFL-NFLPA-Collective-Bargaining-Agreement-Final-Executed-Copy.pdf

How sad! RIP.

Here we go with the, "well, they beat KC .. BUT ... blah, blah, blah," crap. Stifle it.

My point is that even if there are criminal charges, it won't matter. An interested team just needs to know when he'll be eligible to play again. We all know the NFL "punishes," marquee players minimally - especially when it comes to crimes against women. If the resolution is that he is suspended for the remainder of the year, then what would a team like Miami care? The only potential suitors it might scare away are teams who think they're in "win now," mode.

Zach Wilson knee injury [sprained PCL, miss 2-4 weeks]
Gugny replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
I will always feel bad for any QB drafted by the Jets. It's like a young baseball player being drafted by the Orioles. Sad. -
Privacy for Josh Allen and Bills' players

Meh. I can't even eat lunch in my office without people interrupting me. They can deal with it. -
Emanuel Sanders - is What Was Lost Worth the Gain ?
Gugny replied to T master's topic in The Stadium Wall
He's only got 50 fewer receiving yards than Diggs for the season. I'd say he's been a welcome addition to the team. -
If you're in Buffalo this Saturday, see my band!

I bring my son to play at a local blues jam on occasion. There is a bassist who is usually there. He's got a 1971 Fender Jazz that he bought new in 1971 and has had ever since. It's more of a blonde/natural finish, but I love the 50 years of natural wear and it sounds delightful. -
@mragsshould stay!

I don't put that on Beane. He was on pace for a 1000 yard season when he came to the Bills. Then he got Tuh-ROD'd. There was no indication that Benjamin would immediately turn into a lazy bum in his only full year with the Bills.

I can count on Jason Pierre-Paul's hand how many Super Bowl halftime performances I've actually sat down to watch over the past 30 years. But my guess is that every person who feels like I do (and you do, apparently) about them, there are probably 10 who love them. I'm sure the Nielsen viewership data supports it, otherwise they wouldn't bother having them. I've gotten myself into a pretty standard Super Bowl routine that includes being in the kitchen for the entire halftime break, so I couldn't care less what they do.

Nate Peterman and Aaron Maybin were starters.

A few thoughts about the Titans game, in no particular order
Gugny replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
You're not alone. It felt like all of Brown's 57 second half receptions were on 3rd downs to me.
