  1. Way too young...had a great game against Oakland in the 80's, during the game the defense had a chance to be the first to blosck a Ray Guy punt but ended up sacking him instead
  2. Because he lets them practice inside when the weather is lousy
  3. And I'm an alcholic This team is unwatchable (yeah, I've been to every home game so far and I'll go to the New England game, and I live in Rochester)
  4. I don't feel bad for anyone who makes his kind of money, he doesn't care I'm out over 100K in my 401K this year
  5. Not reading through three pages of reply's so apologies if this has been posted, Jaws thought he would have a better career that the 3 qb's that went ahead of him (manning, roth'berger, rivers)...said he played behind the worst offensive line ever assembled in college
  6. Actually I know a lot of people that hunt deer and none of them do this so it is out of the ordinary
  7. Ralph had a chance to move into a division with Cinci, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh back in the 90's when the divisions realigned. He was against anything that didn't keep the Miami rivalry in tact. Your point is valid, roster based rivalries can't last forever (eg kelly vs marino), geographic rivalries can (eg Michigan/Ohio St, Duke Unc in B-ball, etc). Ralph missed the boat on that one.
  8. Series record: Browns lead, 9-5 (counting postseason). So I'm interested in knowing if this includes the old AAFL stats. Clearly it includes the current Ravens stats
  9. Manning brothers...btw you're and idiot
  10. He was with Minnesota in 2000 which was his last year
  11. Fist the qb, now the rb...costly drive
  12. guess my point was I had already answered it correctly
  13. Talk about your hard core fans that stick by their team through good times and bad (er, well, approaching average)
  14. As I said a few posts back...Cornellius Bennet in 1987 (traded 88 first, 89 first and second, Gregg Bell)...so bisquit was our 88 first as well as our 89 first and second round pick, we just got him in 87. One of our wiser picks! My turn, what other 2 first rounders from the 83 draft found their ways to the Bills roster in the early 90's (hint, both defense)
  15. be Cornellius Bennet in 1987 (traded 88 first, 89 first and second, Gregg Bell)
  16. I'm blowing off golf and coming in from Rochester...
  17. Teams are also reluctant to make adjustments prior to half time because the other team has half time to make adjustments to the adjustments, half to do this on the fly if you wait until the second half to make adjustments. Hope that made sense
  18. guess he's off the hook now, still the team should do something disciplinary
  19. The raiders put up some big numbers against KC today, almost 300 yards on the ground. ATT YDS TD LG D. McFadden 21 164 1 50 M. Bush 16 90 1 32 J. Fargas 9 43 0 11 Our D line didn't dominate a banged up Jackonsville line like I would have liked...this has me concerned about next week.
  20. Heard on one of the post game shows we may be shopping McCargo for a LB...take it for what its worth (not much), don't remember which post game show.
