  1. I am in favor of drafting a faster corner and wide receiver in our first two picks.
  2. That's a very good point. The only variable is how big is Roger's ego?
  3. Rogers could end up in Denver with Hackett their new HC, a group of very good receivers and running back. Brady retiring or staying another year, eh. Fields might be a force with competent coaching. Will have to see where Wilson ends up and Murray has potential if he doesn't turn into a head case. Dax has the talent, but he looks to be heading down the path of a giant choker with McCarthy as his HC not helping. Poor Darnold, could have been very good, but Gase really screwed him over. Will have to see if he can ever recover. The KC Puzzle. No puzzle, we beat them twice in the last two minutes, then let them win. The AFC is now loaded with good young QBs. Top of the heap is Allen, then twinkle toes Mahomes, Jackson, Burrows, Herbert, Watson (if he ever gets to play again), Carr, Mayfield, Tua (with Daboll as his HC), and Tannehill bring up the rear. Then there is a crop of rookie QBs in NYJ, NE, and Jax. The AFC does appear to be the conference to beat with all the up and coming QB talent, but the bottom line is QB's and Coaches are going to be the drivers for how competitive each conference is going to be.
  4. If both D and O coordinators leave, promote 'what's his name' as OC and hire a DC. With all the coaches getting fired, should be one or two available. Draft speed at CB position with #1 pick. Retain Wallace. He may not be an All Pro, but he has fought off all competition brought in to replace him, he has over 50 starts, so where are you going to find a FA CB with that experience? Draft speed at WR position with #2 pick. Resign Phillips, Hughes. Draft BPA for Center/Guard with at least 2 picks in rounds 3 - 7. Fill in with LB, DE/DT, RB.
  5. NO might be a good place to look for FA since the team is apparently 61M over budget.
  6. I was just thinking the same thing! I think we all compare this Bills team to the Kelly teams and this team seems better in a lot of ways (Allen.) Agree with the love for Singletary and Hughes, but with all due respect, they are not Thurman and Bruce.
  7. Let the Pats**** sign him for big bucks so Diggs can eat him alive for the next 3 - 4 years.
  8. Bills 34 Chiefs 21
  9. Belicheat benched Cleveland's favorite son, Bernie Cosar. He was his usual grating, self in his pressers. The people of Cleveland hated Belicheat when he was their HC regardless of where he was standing when he was fired
  10. There is a reason he was run out of Cleveland. Sorry, I would not be able to handle listening to him drone on for more than 10 minutes.
  11. Low temperatures = low humidity = less resistance on the ball while in the air. 10mph winds for the Bass-o-matic is not that much.
  12. Betcha they go after Daboll.
  13. I would have put Bates in before Ford for any game this year. I hope he starts/stays on the line for the rest of the season. Keep Feliciano on the bench as the backup Center.
  14. And shoots lighting bolts out his arse.
  15. Agreed. I always liked Bates as he always seemed to do a good job when called upon.
  16. Mac Jones completed less than 50% of his passes for a putrid 145 yards and held Harris to 103 yards. The defense had constant pressure on Jones and picked him twice. They limited ne time of possession to 25 min. A
  17. To be fair, Knox is playing with a recently broken hand in freezing temperatures. Not ideal for catching a football from Allen trying to compensate for the wind with higher velocity on the ball. Before the break, Knox was playing well above his previous years.
  18. The defensive coordinator in me thinks, Hyde will be supporting on Jackson's side more often than not. New to WNY? By game day, it will be totally different.
  19. The Bills are just as much a SB contender as any other team in the AFC. Except for jags, jets, dolphins, or raiders.
  20. Agree when we play run heavy teams. We should get out of nickle D. Taylor was running with purpose and putting Dodson in couldn't hurt. All those "fresh legs" on the DL sure didn't help today.
  21. All running behind, essentially, the same group of OL personnel with variations in their combinations.
  22. Howard 'House' Ballard or Conrad Dobler or Kent Hull or Billy Shaw
  23. Where's Conrad Dobler when you need him?
