I think he misses Sat against Houston, and then plays Wed vs. Steelers (tougher game).

Bishop and his angles are really the only issue I've seen with him. That likely only improves with game speed. I think what Williams and Flowers beat him with angles. Those are two really good WRs.

seems like every year we miss the 1 seed on some sort of nonsense game like LAR. no more slow starts. I want to see the D start the game like we did this weekend at DET. And keep that up all game. Should obliderate the Pats.

Hutchinson is worth at least like 3 of our missing players, IMO. I'd take Hutchinson over Rapp, Hamlin and Douglas.

Bruce was an absolute beast, but Allen takes over games more than Bruce did, and at a more important position.

Bernard? The DL is really the root issue. It lets blockers swallow up the small LBs. I mean we need to run blitz and have the secondary stop the run at the line. We have no one on the DL capable of winning 1 on 1s or that a OC needs to plan for. All that spend in cap and draft for nothing. Let's spend on the offense, trade the overpaid Oliver's, not keep Groot, I'd rather roll with Solomon, another draft pick, and FA or draft a NT. Spend FA on WR, OL, perhaps Benford if he is up, etc. Get a FA safety, etc.

agreed. how we don't have a plan for a situation where we need a quick touchdown is rediculous. Either run/pass, or run and quickly get another play off. this is the difference between the Bills, and teams that have won the SB. You need to win games like the Rams games. We don't. Other teams do.

McD gets to make all the mental mistakes on this team! Elam seems to be the type of CB you need in the playoffs. Someone who is a bit more physical (less PI calls in the playoffs) and has a knack for the ball. Not sure why we aren't rostering him on gameday and playing him. 4 playoff games, 2 Int's. If he doesn't "fit the scheme" and we were not willing to adapt at all, why was he drafted!

I'd try to trade him. Too much money tied up in him for what a rookie or lower priced vet could produce. Spend that money on offense, since we need to win shootouts. I'm not sure if "fine" is correct for Ed and Daquan (neither did anything of note), but there were not as bad as Greg R.

It has the last few years. No reason to believe it won't again. Past few playoffs= D and HC game-management failures. I keep thinking it will change, no idea why it doesn't. McD is outthinking himself at the end of games at the wrong time (declining the penality), and not thinking enough at the other times (passing at 1st and goal).

Another QB who can't run, we should get a TON of sacks. (checks notes). NO sacks against the Rams. At least the Run D should be good? (checks notes). Nope, not all year. Yeah, we need to outscore them. I can't see the D getting pressure on Goff, or stopping the 2 headed RB monster that Det has. good point, but Goff can play a clean game at home and with a clean pocket. why would we lose a close game? That never happens....

If Milano can't get it back by then, we should roll with Williams. agree that peak Williams v. mid-range Milano is in Milano's favor. However, Milano was not great in coverage or run yesterday. Williams likely shuts down more of the run plays than Milano at this point. Milano is getting shacked out of his boots by RBs, etc. Again, it's a game speed issue for him, which he hopefully gets back in time for the playoffs.

I agree. McD is great, the issues are the high-pressure end of game situations. Was hoping they would resolve by now, but nope, nothing's really changed. Only way to make a playoff/SB run is to out-Allen everyone and build up a huge lead because the DL and end of game situational awareness are awful.
