    also sounds like looking for another scapegoat. He is a terrible late game leader. Push them back, then prevent (burning time when you need it), then shorter 4th down. Just mind-numming bungles from this guy too often.

    That's right, they may have burned all the TOs by then. The ST coach is an issue, the HC is also an issue. Not a well-run gameday organization, particularly late in the game.

    it’s not a meaningless loss when you are trying to get the 1 aeed. this is so a continuation of McD late game blunders. the d was awful, but that does not excuse the HC continuing to make late game errors

    Good points. I wonder how he would be at recruiting, but then again, he was likable in his position as an analyst.

    I get the people saying, "well, if we play the Lions and lose, at least that fan base gets a win." But I'm not like that. I'm thinking, "crap, another team that didn't lose 4 in a row just won before us." Similar feeling to when Denver, NE, and Tampa won.
