    Why is this even a thread? It seems like a lot of "ifs" here. What about if Vince Lombardi returns from the dead next year and if the Bills lose in the AFC Championship? If they then fired McDermott, would they hire Vince if he wanted the job?

    Good stuff. When I read the thread title, I figured it was something about Nick Wright--with the Chiefs winning, I've been trying to avoid him for about six months now. I appreciate your work on this, @NeverOutNick. I'm most curious about your WR work; that is where I feel the Bills need to look.

    Well, I think we should consider Diggs a 1st round-pick equivalent.

    The only number that means anything in this thread = Von Miller, Tre White, Matt Milano - $31.2M That's $31.2M with little ROI this season. Injuries happen, and sometimes they derail the best-laid plans.

    Let Diggs and his agent work out a trade someone. If he stays, fine. But if he goes, I do not think there will be a big dropoff in offensive production, if any.

    I was quite happy about the pick then and even more so today.

    It's the most meanless event in sports .... it's not even a "sport" .... It's a made-for-TV gameshow type of thing. It's the "Biggest Losers" of sports--you can only be there if your team didn't make the playoffs or just lost in the playoffs.
