  1. I need to get to my eye doctor.
  2. What evidence is there to say he has the best coaching? Is this the staff that has had an MVP quality QB and running back the past few years, a top-tier Defense, etc., etc., and yet still can't get past the 1st round of the playoffs? And probably won't even make it this year. Harbaugh is all media hype.
  3. Bewitched? You are really dating yourself. 85% of the people on TBD have no idea what you're talking about.
  4. Well, actually, now that they are competitive again, they have earned a 2nd round pick.
  5. I stand corrected. But I think we're on the same page here.
  6. DARIUS SLAY! Slay or nothing!
  7. Interesting. Not a high need, but I guess if he can add depth and wisdom, why not? Is he on the roster, or can they put him on the PS?
  8. This is everything. Don't turn it over, you win. Turn it over 2-3 times a game, you lose.
  9. And more money: This is the new stadium for Buford High School, an Atlanta suburb: https://www.si.com/high-school/georgia/buford-ga-s-62-million-dollar-football-stadium-is-officially-open-01k16ngde830 Buford High School's new football stadium, named Philip Beard Stadium, is a $62 million facility with 10,000 seats, 15 luxury suites, and a large double-sided video board. The stadium is city-owned and leased by the school district and also serves as a multi-purpose event venue. The project was necessitated by the school's large and growing student population and high-performing football team, which drew large crowds to previous games. The stadium cost $62 million to build, making it the most expensive high school football venue in Georgia. The City of Buford fully funded the project, using revenue from its natural gas and electric distribution entities and a large commercial tax base. Features: Seating: 10,000 total seats, including 1,000 premium seats and 15 luxury suites. Scoreboard: A large, double-sided video board is one of the largest for a high school in the country. Fieldhouse: A two-story fieldhouse contains the locker rooms.
  10. All college football powerhouses. Oh, wait?
  11. Last week: Fire the entire Coaching staff! This week, we're talking about Super Bowls?
  12. When will we learn? Don't look ahead to any team or game. The focus is this week, and only this week.
  13. Sorry for the circumstances, Drey. But glad you can make the best of it.
  14. The Bills are the poster boys for being Bipolar (no disrespect for those with this serious condition). They are reasonably competent at both running and throwing the ball, and yes, they can play with and beat anyone when both are working. And the Defense is not as bad as the pundits want to spin it; overall, it is on the uptick over the last three games. BUT HERE IS THE KEY: We can beat anyone and everyone if we do NOT TURN THE BALL OVER! And the opposite is true as well (i.e., Atlanta, Miami, NE). So, can they go undefeated? Yes! Will they? I think we win four of the last five games and enter as the 5th seed.
  15. Only 13 snaps. Just as well, he wasn't needed, and it gives him time to heal fully.
  16. The Network Executive who made the call to switch this game to 1 PM is no longer an Executive.
  17. Hmmm? Emmitt Smith has 164 TDs, Josh has 75 OJ had 2,003 in 1973, 1,817 in 1975.
  18. He should be the permanent starter!
  19. No way! He is way too fast for us.
  20. HAPPY GAMEDAY TBD! Well, it's good we have a late start today, so we can all take our time driving home after the holiday. BTY, the traffic is terrible, and the weather isn't helping in many places. Be safe! As for our Banged Up Bills, nothing to "be safe" about today. Time to bring out all the tricks in the bag. I generally loathe Steelers fans; it is always fun to see them stuffing their Terrible Towels back in their pockets when they're leaving the stadium early in a Stillers loss. So, let's get it done, boys! So, GO BILLS!
  21. You would think, with 400+ Practice Squad players out there, somewhere is a decent LB and DE we could take a chance on. Instead, we bring back two washed-up players -- Lawson and Spector -- who were not any good in their prime (did they even have a prime?). YIKES!!!!
  22. Disagree. All four losses can be attributed to losing the Turnover battle--not just the number of them, but the circumstance of them: in the Red Zone, while backed up inside your own 20, etc. I've said it before, for all the other convoluted things that have happened (as you outline above, the incredible amount of injuries this season, no production from the WRs, etc.), but don't commit those costly turnovers, and there are 2 or 3 more wins on the record this season.
  23. Relax, it's just a football game. I'm sure you have far more important things in your life to worry about. Now me, not so much. I have no life. I'll be an emotional wreck all week.
