  1. I was not sure about Bosa after three quarters of watching Lamar Jackson fool him on every read-option he ran, but I'm starting to warm up to him after today. At least he does not stop on plays like Von consistently did.
  2. STRONG. The question would be whether Hairston (or Strong) is willing to stick his nose into the line of scrimmage and tackle. If so, then Taron to Safety might be a great idea.
  3. Happy Game Day TBD. To our beloved who are in New Jersey today: "Just win, baby," and willingly (like all of us mere mortals do) pay the tax to get out of New Jersey as fast as you can and get back home 2-0. GO BILLS!!!!
  4. Agree! Pete Guelli / Jon Bon Jovi = Public Enemies #1 to Bills Mafia As CEO, you would expect Pete Guelli to have some intelligence. This idea clearly shows that he lacks it severely. The only way it could happen is to be the "international game" with the Bills still getting the normal eight (8) home games.
  5. Hey, take it easy. It happens sometimes.
  6. Jimmy, aren't you supposed to be at work right now? Who's going to clean up the dog poop in Central Park today if you're not there?
  7. A few random thoughts on your random thoughts . . . 5. The Ravens are a super dynamic offense. The Bills may not play a more dynamic offense in the league the rest of the regular season. The Eagles and Bengals on paper are the only offense that could come close. ---> The Bengals? Really? The team that earned a grand total of 141 yards in their game versus the Browns? 10. Curious to see how Sanders performed at DT. Seemed a bit inconsistent but to be expected for a rookie. ---> You'll have to wait until next week, because he didn't perform at DT like every d-lineman not named Ed Oliver. But he did have good seats for watching Derek Henry run towards the endzone all night.
  8. If there were no timeout, the offense could line up, let the clock run 3 seconds, and spike the ball.
  9. That is probably more true than we realize.
  10. I certainly have way more confidence in him on XPs and in the clutch. Tyler's wife checking in.
  11. I disagree on #4. I put Jim Kelly ahead of Thurman.
  12. Well, that one was a playoff game, and it was 31 points. But tonight was special. I would say tonight is still second to that one.
  13. Happy Opening Game Day, TBD! Get a nap today; it's going to be a long night. Because no matter what happens, I know most of you will be up very late; either (1) imagining the SB victory parade, or (2) contemplating all that went wrong, and trying to figure out if this team will ever win a game. Just win baby, just win!" GO BILLS!!!!
  14. Lamar took that title away from him in the playoff game last year.
  15. Well, last year, they miraculously won many games like this. Look at their last two games; I think the clock is ticking for them.
  16. Speaking of which, cancel the rest of the WNBA season. There is no longer a reason to watch it.
  17. None will ever top Nyheim Hines' opening return after the Hamilin game. It was magical and storybook, and it was the beginning of healing for the Bills players and fans, and the football nation.
  18. How many opposing fans get to Bills games in OP always surprises me. But I think (?) that will be less this year with Bills fans' desire to get to Highmark for the last season—at least, I hope that.
  19. It's likely a bad situation for the Ravens.
  20. Well, now I have to like ESPN again.
  21. For me, it's the Giants converting every third down in the second half as they held the ball and ran the clock down. I only rewatched the last few minutes just two years ago. It's still painful. That was the obvious one we should have won. But many forget that in the fourth one, the Bills were ahead at halftime and playing well against the Cowboys, but a Thurmon Thomas fumble early in the third quarter changed the momentum of that game. The Cowboys quickly scored to take the lead, and it went downhill from there. We had a good chance to win that day without that fumble.
