  1. Gotta go up to 2, and there's no reason to wait anymore. All there is to it.
  2. You guys I really think bruschi might be an idiot.
  3. It's nuts how twisted that one got, and then ran with as gospel.
  4. People honestly have no idea how nice Buffalo is. ps !@#$ tedy bruschi.
  5. Exactly this. Makes me think our board is 1) Darnold 2) Rosen
  6. Gotta make hay while the sun shines :). But for real he was a really good student and that matters (to me). Granted the golf cart incident when he was on the Colts wasn't ideal lol.
  7. We're going to mess them up. You watch. ...then lose to someone awful the next week.
  8. I thought he was solid for the colts, and he was excellent in college. He's a former student of mine at Stanford and I think quite highly of him. Would be really happy with that signing.
  9. Agreed. The 2 spot if I were a betting man.
  10. Happy about the move. Like others, I liked what I saw from Cadet.
  11. Unfortunately I don't think any of the trade partners believe this either.
  12. Totally agree. It's Rosen or Darnold, and Darnold is going #1. We're going to give up a boatload to move to #2 for Rosen imo, and I understand why. Please God let this work out.
  13. Could be a last gasp attempt to get the Browns to take him #1 (say, if the Bills want Darnold). As was mentioned above, there are things to like about him, and he may have helped himself at the senior bowl, though he was inconsistent (shocker I know). A scary prospect.
  14. Endearing himself to fans with impressive pace. Lunchpail. High-motor. Etc.
  15. I don't think he's without flaws by any means, but I think he can read a defense and throw well. I'd like to see better pocket awareness and I have durability concerns. UCLA just doesn't impress me as a program though. How do you feel about Darnold? I'd be happy with him as well (and counter to Rosen, I love his pocket awareness)
  16. True, but watching a fair bit of Pac12 ball (mostly Stanford I'll admit), UCLA would have been truly bad without him.
  17. I think Beane is wary of the money Gaines will get on the open market. I expect us to sign another CB in the next week.
  18. It is going to be tricky. Do we trade with the Colts ahead of the draft and risk the Giants taking Rosen? I imagine the Giants aren't hot on a trade if they think they can get Barkley. What if we trade to 3 and someone gives the Giants a king's ransom and hops ahead? I think or FO only has eyes for Rosen or Darnold.
  19. I should add that while we had fun, the Williamseses did not yield results on the field.
  20. Remember how much fun we had with all the Williams on the team?
  21. There's a lot going on here...but it's apparent that Rosen is being treated as a proxy chip in a political debate. That and apparently one's support or rejection of Trump has anything to do with Christianity. I expect that McBeane want hard working professionals who aren't lockerroom cancers. An NFL team is a large group of folks, many of whom lean left, and many who lean right. I don't think his politics have anything to do with the Bills' evaluation of him.
  22. I'm not sure if it's athleticism as much as pocket awareness. Biggest flaw I can see in his game. Fwiw, I'd still be thrilled to draft him (but I'd want a legit Oline for him)
