    I am so, so impressed with Beane. I said when he was hired that I wasn't a fan of it, seemed like bending the will to McDermott. I am so happy he seems to be making a habit of making me eat crow. What a fun gm.

    This thread has collectively had posters who advocate for each top 5 qbs, and on the flip side others who advocate against all of them as well. This draft year is the most interesting since 2004.

    I can see Rudolph being there at 53. I think Mayfield will go top 5, and he should.

    Thinking about just picks, I imagine we'll have to trade this year's 1sts and our 3rd, along with our 1st next year. It's so hard to know what throwing a player in would do. I think a lot of people are trying to figure out ways to salvage next year's 1st but I don't see if if we need to get into picks 2-4.

    I'd like Mayfield or Rosen, but I expect to get Lamar. I don't think I'd be too devastated. He's a much better prospect than those weary of Taylor give him credit for.

    I actually think Mayfield is very much in the mix to go #1. I hope he doesn't. I'm close to bumping him above Rosen if I'm being honest. I'm a huge fan of his, and I didn't think I would be when I first started hearing his name kicked around.

    I will be thrilled with Rosen or Mayfield, I don't know what to think about Darnold (or Jackson for that matter), and I'm on the record as uninspired by Rudolph. Whichever QB we get I hope like hell succeeds. Dammit we're due.

    Literally anyone would be better than Gruden (although I'm happy to hear it's Herbstreit). Thrilled Gruden wont be on TV as much.
