    I think the Giants at 2 and Browns at 4 would be unwise to trade down, but I want them to. I think we'll trade into 6 if the Broncos pass on a QB. But yeah, eff the colts.

    I agree. If there isn't a trade until draft day, I don't see Darnold becoming a Bill. It could also be the Giants juicing us. Who the knows. Smokescreen season. Hope we end up with one of the big 3 or it's going to be a sad draft with the five stages of grief on display ad nauseam.

    I've never visited BBMB, and it did seem to throw things into chaos here when the everyone migrated over. Still having a good time talking bills, and the traffic is a good thing.

    To be clear, I'm talking about a situation in which we're shut out of blue chip QBs. A dynamite ILB and Foles for our 22nd would be mighty intriguing. Myhead says he's not worth it and my heart says he has a real chance (he was at his worst with Fisher, remember). I'm just a guy with a TV, though.

    "Statuesque" qbs can still sometimes be good in the pocket...a step up here, a shimmy there, good peripheral vision. Hopefully Rosen can improve in that area (if he's a bill). Rob Johnson was terrible at moving in the pocket and sensing pressure.

    Sure, but I'm pointing out that we were talking about an implied hypothetical where they would flip him for our 22nd. If we're talking about his trade value outside of that scenario, it does play a role, as you mentioned. My guess is that they would probably do it for our 22nd...that's a heck of a return. I'm not sure he's worth it but I could get behind it.

    If he's accurate all day, perhaps it shows that he's coachable. The question will be: does he revert to poor footwork during games?

    Rosen has great field vision and can make all the throws - accurately. He needs to improve his pocket awareness and his concussions scare me. But he was the only one giving UCLA a chance in games. I'm not impressed with that program at all.

    I understand that's the argument, I just don't put much stock in it (as a variable to consider for the draft).
