  1. Thomas Bryant prefers Indiana over Kentucky and Syracuse? https://twitter.com/syracusebball/status/581498182871441408
  2. Good for the restaurant. If you don't enjoy your dining experience, DON'T GO BACK THERE. I don't understand these trouser stains who feel the need to "yelp" every time they go out for a freakin burger. Get a life. This should go in the pet peeves thread. I worked in the restaurant business for a long time, and there are just some miserable f$&ks out there who will complain no matter what. Now, increasingly, the miserable patrons have access to the Internet.
  3. Ahhh...yeah that makes sense. Wow! If they got a 3rd this year, just imagine what they will be awarded next year!
  4. Revis, Browner, McCourty, Vereen? They lost a lot IMO.
  5. DVR alert. Jack Eichel and Boston University v Yale on ESPNU today at 2:00.
  6. BB King at the Landmark Theater in 1996 was one of the best live shows I have ever seen. I always like seeing Moe live, and Metallica at Lollapaloosa in 95 was quite an experience. I'm all over the map when it comes to music. My first live show was The Grateful Dead at Rich Stadium in 1994. I was in a freshman in high school, and my brother let me tag along. Amazing.
  7. Are you kidding? Looks like the old lady from the goonies.
  8. Yeah, allegedly Tom Crean decided Patterson's scholarship would be better utilized on another recruit. Totally screwed him over at the time, and cited some bogus academic issues. I'm actually surprised that he is considering Indiana.
  9. With all due respect, I think you need to start your own thread. Two completely different situations. I get your point, but I don't think it's relevant here. JMHO.
  10. I really hope AJ Cann is there at 50. He is the perfect "bully" for Roman's scheme.
  11. I'm somewhat of a minimalist when is comes to burger preference. I usually use 90-10 fat content beef. I mix with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a few dashes of worcestershire. After forming the patties I usually am pretty liberal with the coarse salt and pepper (textural thing). Usually cook my burgers to somewhere between mid-rare and medium so that they are still juicy. I enjoy mayo, melted american cheese and raw onion (thinly sliced). I am really hungry right now.
  12. Interesting take, but wouldn't it be nice to have Nick Fairley coming off the bench? Mario vs Quinn is edge to Mario right now, athough I think Quinn has the potential to be as good or better. Dareus vs Donald I'm not so sure. I think Donald might be the more disruptive player, while Dareus maybe does a better job of occupying blockers and stuffing the run. Who's to say? It's probably a toss up the more I think about it.
  13. I think there is a decent possibility Fisher is there at 50. I'm thinking he goes late 2nd - early 3rd.
  14. IMO, the Rams have the best d-line in football. I might have even said this before they got Fairley. Robert Quinn is an animal, and Aaron Donald might be the best DT in football within the next couple years. Buffalo is a close 2nd.
  15. Bamboo pillows? Why don't you just fill your pillow cases with prosthetic limbs?
  16. Actually, it was reported (no link) that Buffalo's offer to Bulaga was better than what GB was offering.
  17. Holy smokes!! Not for the faint of heart! I actually met her at a bar in Fairbanks. She was visiting a friend of mine, Rudy, who was also an Iditarod musher. She definitely looked like a girl not to be phucked with. From NH by the way. Thanks for sharing.
  18. Duke Williams is perfect for Rex's scheme. Rambo, Ladler for depth. I don't think Meeks will amount to much. Graham can always play safety of needed. I think they draft another safety in the latter rounds. Not a great area of need, IMO.
  19. Was he dreamy? Did he smell nice? Seriously though...pretty cool that he is not too "big time" to hang with the common fans.
  20. The Eagles tried to get Gore before Murray. Buffalo never went after Gore.
  21. Why? All the deals were front loaded. Much lesser cap hit after 2 years. The Harvin deal is voidable after year one. If the cap increases as expected, the Bills are expected to have 40-50 million in cap room next year.
