  1. Isn't this bridge notorious for suicide jumpers? I seem to recall a couple instances while I was living in Ra-cha-cha.
  2. This is very good news. I saw something out there that there were 2 or 3 teams interested in signing Easley. We need to stay solid on special teams if we are to continue to lean on our defense so much.
  3. Looks fairly safe now that they have fixed it up. I'm too afraid of heights though. No thanks.
  4. I think folks are concerned about the drop off in run defense after MD went down late last season. Would be nice to get another big "space eater" just in case. Charles is not that type of DT.
  5. I expect a modest deal. Maybe 2.5 - 3 million per not much guaranteed. He knows he needs to prove himself and I think he likes Rex.
  6. My wife drives a 2013 Subaru Forester. She loves it and it's phenomenal in the snow. We had 2 kids, however, and long trips are difficult due to limited space.
  7. Did he have problems with the Jets last season? I thought he played pretty well on a horrible offense. I know he had his issues in Seattle and Minni.
  8. LMAO!! I'm sorry man, but the image of you getting "pile drived" by that wave literally made me laugh out loud. I know what you mean though. My brother in law and I did some body surfing in OBX. It's ridiculous. Once you go under you get tossed around like a rag doll. I hurt my neck and got scrapes all over my back and shoulder. My brother in law lost most of the back side of his swim trunks.
  9. Not dominant in any one area, but above average in run and pass blocking. Instant starter, IMO. I'd be shocked if we landed he and Clay.
  10. Is Bringbackfergy still at Tempo disguised as a bartender?
  11. My Mother hasn't saved a dime in her life. She may not have a choice. Sure as hell isn't living with me!
  12. Simple. I don't plan on living past 60. My kids are pretty smart and can fend for themselves just like I did. If I get old and medically fragile, I am going to pay someone to push me off a cliff in my wheelchair holding lit sticks of dynamite. It's the circle of life!!
  13. They should have gone after the company instead of the poor garbageman.
  14. That's scary. There should at least be a life jacket on the kid for chrissakes! This past summer we went down to the Outer Banks with the whole family. The waves there are pretty intense. My Son (5) was playing down near the surf looking for shells, and he was warned not to go out in the waves. My Father and I were sitting in chairs about 20 feet away from where he was playing. Well, a "rogue wave" of sorts came up and knocked my son off balance and he fell down. I jumped up just as it happened and ran toward him. I literally dove to grab his leg as another wave pummeled both of us. I just hung on as tight as I could before my father get there to help. By far the scariest moment of my life. A second later and he might have drowned in the surf. This guy is a moron.
  15. I wonder how the Jets feel about being the second choice?
  16. Word on Hardy is that he wants to play in a 4-3 defense. Hopefully we won't need him anyway Iupati reportedly wants a deal in the 8.5 million/year range. No thanks. There are other good interior linemen that would come much cheaper. No idea about Cameron. Not sure he'd fit Roman's scheme.
  17. I was certain that it would be in the 10-12 million range. Whatever team he signed with.
