I think Spikes will be elsewhere. He played far less than 50% of snaps on many occasions. He's still a liability in coverage. With David Harris available I think he'll come in to rejoin Rex.

Of the candidates we're slated to interview he is certainly my favorite. Did wonders with Favre who many thought was washed up, Wilson has been a star under him and he's not afraid to rely on a run game. He's got a good all-around offensive game plan.

Him or Cameron or Clay. Any of them would be upgrades.

In no way is Hundley awful. He's not the perfect prospect. Likely a guy you want to sit for a year or two (hello Jay Cutler/Sam Bradford's backup). But he's a FAR FAR FARRRRRR better prospect than EJ Manuel ever was.

Cann and Yeldon will be long gone. They would be targets in the second for me.

Somebody. New York might be a good fit. Chicago. If not the NFL he could get a big college job. 9-7 in Buffalo is a great resume builder.
