  1. 5 years from now - this will be seen as one a top 5 draft class in this organization. Shorter will prove to be the best value
  2. Steaming’ Willie Beamer is available as an UFA
  3. You're right - Mandela Effect... I was certain they botched it thinking he'd be ready week 2.
  4. They learned their lesson with Tre last year - they wasted a roster spot with him, when he should have been on the PUP list to start the season too. - CORRECTION: I'm an idiot and botched this hot take by misremembering recent history. My children are ashamed and I am remorseful.
  5. It's been free for several years... now $40 off market price. It was one of the few real perks you got as a STH. Ralph is cheap. I will say, I was happy to get a stadium tour this season (including weight room, locker room, field etc). We used to get post game field passes (even pre-game once), but that's a thing of the past now too.
  6. Two teams with need at OL have dumped him rather quickly. I don't think we need to be the third.
  7. Greedy Williams - high character, often injured CB... seems like a natural fit.
  8. I’ll be in 102 too. Haven’t missed a home opener in years.
  9. My suspicion is that he's a freak athlete that was always the "exception" and didn't need to train at his size. Age 30 isn't 22, and he'll need to realize that if he wants to be in this career in 5 years he needs to change what he's always done. He appears to be an absolute great guy and teammate, but it's time that the team trainers take over.
  10. looks like a resistance band
  11. Whether is sports analysis or entertainment - producers are giving away better content on YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc for free. There's no need for a fan to be glued to ESPN for updates and analysis. There are simply too many sources of information now for that model to work.
  12. I plan on driving - we're coming from a few hours away.
  13. Thank you - if it's a 9:30 practice, when you say, "go as early as you can", do you mean be in the parking lot by 8a, 7a? I appreciate the intel.
  14. I have tickets and have never been before. I will be using my tickets with my kids. What should I expect? Should we get there early? Are there realistic opportunities for kids to get autographs without fighting grown men for fence time? *If by some unforeseen chance we can't make it on our allotted day - I vow to give away the tickets to someone on this forum.
  15. Every player, coach, ball boy and other asset would be traded "under the right circumstances".
  16. This is the MO of the organization - you pay key pieces a year early to show them your vote of confidence and give them a level of comfort. Josh, Diggs, Milano, Oliver, Tre... the organization has a history of these moves.
  17. Who cares? He's paid to get listeners and clicks... Early on, he was on the Bills bandwagon before most others. It's his job to be contrarian sometimes to get a reaction. He has succeeded.
  18. Every 7-8th grade basketball team has a guy like him - someone athletically gifted that burns by the opponents in the open court and misses the layup. He will occasionally make a spectacular play while routinely not taking advantage of the everyday play. I'm not sure if it's preparation, focus/discipline but given the opportunity, he didn't take advantage of it fully.
  19. As an appraiser - I wouldn't care what the underwriter "wanted". You do a report, you make sure it's USPAP compliant, and you collect your fee. You're there to give your expert opinion of value... not to satisfy an underwriter's checklist.
  20. Current property taxes $34,944 based upon an assessed value of $570,000. That assessment equates to a Full Market Value of $1,461,538
  21. Does it come with a prepaid contract for Squirrel Winter to clear the driveway?
  22. How about we settle for surround sound in the stadium with the sounds of a herd running laps? They could add visuals to the scoreboard too.
  23. With some perspective: 11-12 Months ago: Allen was healthy OG: had just been upgrade with FA Roger Saffold (such a value find). Bates was back and we were solid on the interior. Edge - Von was healthy DT - JP was back where he had his best year(s), Jones was added, Oliver was about to be a star S - Hyde and Poyer were healthy with no major injury concern TE - Knox was showing improvement every year and poised to be the next TE star. OJ Howard was here so we could run 2 TE sets. Tre was coming back from injury, we had a new Rd 1 CB so we'd have 2 shut down CBs. Davis was coming off the KC playoff game - a true #2, Crowder was a solid veteran 3, Shakir was a steal in the draft. Fast forward to today - we're selling ourselves that we've hit gold on every FA, draft pick and ACL recovery. We don't deserve to be hyped more than last season.... at least not yet.
  24. The date stamp is 11 months ago. It doesn't excuse it, but this isn't late breaking news.
  25. Every season you think you're a better team after the draft... we cut waste and have some shiny new toys. We don't know if the new toys are any better than our old toys at this point - they only have more potential because we already knew the others were replaceable. I suspect with a few injuries, we'll be around the same place we were last season. That said, I think the Jets are clearly better than they were last season. The Patriots aren't likely better. I don't think Miami will be better because I think they outplayed their quality last year.
