  1. Have fun. I’m sure your kids will love it. Almost a playoff atmosphere.
  2. Ok to make this a bit more interesting, put your New Year’s resolution down but then make up one for the previous poster. You can also add details on how many milliseconds, seconds, minutes the previous poster will hold to their resolution(s). As for me I plan to cut way back on sugar and sugary foods. Over the last several years I have done things like this: The wife and I are nearly vegetarian (Pescatarian to be technically correct) I gave up alcohol years ago I ditched diet soda (all soda really) - though will very occasionally have one I will probably stick to the sugar thing for the most part. As I have gotten older I don’t burn off the carbs as well. It’s just time to do this. What’s your resolution for 2022?
  3. James Brown is a really interesting choice. I guess the question I would have is, is his genre rock? Perhaps he is more funk than rock. Either way, a very good choice. It’s hard to believe nobody has said Geddy Lee. He has a one of the most iconic voices in rock. Also while I generally, strongly dislike his music, the same could be said for Bob Dylan.
  4. In honor of my southern belle wife I am going with black eyed peas and cornbread. Tradition holds this is the meal of “good fortune” in the New Year.
  5. Thank you for posting this. The basis for its creation is devastating. The presentation of information was a very cool use of technology. Having lived in a high rise condo building (Chicago) at one point of my life, it’s both sad and fascinating how the decisions of people you do not even know may take your life. There were multiple failures. Even so, this is a highly repeatable type of scenario. It’s almost mystifying that there are not more events like this.
  6. Steve Stojansucks, Steve Stojanfarts, Steve Stojanpukes, Steve Stojanloves, Steve Stojanf.cks, Steve Stojansh.ts, must be one of these. This topic is almost thread worthy - guess your last name
  7. The concussion history with Morse may be enough in itself for him to move on.
  8. The pass to Sanders where the Bills picked up a 1D and 12 yards is just insane. This is especially the case when you hear how the defense was set up perfectly to stop what the Bills were looking to do. Say what you want about Bellicheat but the guy really does know football.
  9. Not surprising. He’s played well past his best days.
  10. Northern rednecks with some of the same type of friends visiting from Quebec. It is very pretty there though.
  11. Hablas espanol?
  12. The Bills D gets no respect….. maybe because they are not lethal in the pass rush or are somewhat soft in the middle against the run. The Bills are a coverage defense in a passing league.
  13. This^^^ …. Seems to be a very classy guy.
  14. .. wait until your son enters teendom … you’ll quickly become the stupidest dad in the world
  15. He looked like he was only half trying …
  16. When I first glanced at your topic I thought it said “Any suggestions for domestic violence situations.” 🤪 Are you and the wifey having issues? 🤫
  17. Like many statistics it is at best somewhat directional in helping to understand play. It’s a bit like weather forecasting, where there is far more research and data, sometimes the data leads to conclusions, sometimes it leads to head scratching.
  18. You may be correct: “Indeed, research on rats from Connecticut College has shown that Oreo cookies activate more neurons in the pleasure center of the rats’ brains than cocaine does (and just like humans, the rats would eat the filling first).” Is sugar addictive? There is some debate - possibly because of the lack of strongly identifiable withdrawal symptoms from sugar.
  19. This will not happen as it is a very different game today. He will get more freedom and input but I just don’t see play calling being one of the elements of this.
  20. Laughable that weight is even considered for OL.
  21. Good news.
  22. Why Florida? My wife and I are in Tennessee (Knoxville specifically) as it is her hometown. We love it. Four seasons and the winter is very mild. (Yesterday in an admittedly unusual December the AC actually briefly kicked in while I was running errands in my Jeep - I have it set to “auto” temp at 70). There are no State income taxes, the job market is very hot, utilities are very affordable and people are nice. A downside right now is that real estate has really shot up as many people are coming in from elsewhere and snapping up the limited number of homes for sale. That situation will probably improve some as builders get busy again. Traffic has also become a bit of an issue depending on where you live and work. Take a look.
  23. Not to be argumentative, Josh Allen admitted as much. Sorry, I can’t find the quote right now but I read it somewhere. Will leave it at that and move on. JA played an awesome game on Sunday and this situation is no doubt clearly nitpicking relative to his body of work against the Cheats.
  24. Happy belated birthday!!!!!
  25. No doubt that nearly every American has some source of caffeine intake. Beyond this, if caffeine was taken away probably every American over the age of 16’ish would suffer from a headache or some other caffeine withdrawal symptom. Harvard - Intellectual source of information about caffeine Caffeine withdrawal symptoms I am without a doubt a caffeine hound with my beverage of choice being unsweetened, iced tea. I only very recently had my first coffee drink in the form of a latte. (Only because the wifey and I splurged on a machine to make them at home. She really pushed for me to get into it, so I have). There was a time that I drank diet soda like it was the source of life. I hardly ever do so now. What’s your caffeine source?
