  1. Loved seeing Hojo quoted in the article.
  2. Bobby Hart plays a reasonable amount of snaps as the extra lineman in the “jumbo” formation. I don’t think at this point he is going anywhere.
  3. It does get cold down here. Nothing like the Northeast, but games in the 30’s and 40’s do happen. Don’t forget Missouri and Kentucky are in the SEC.
  4. Sounds like 55 degrees is the sweet spot for making Tua uncomfortable. Joking, I’m sure he played in cold games while in college and did well.
  5. As much as that seems like a “me first” mentality, it also displays a lack of awareness. I am not doubting he wanted out, but I think the Chiefs wanted him out just as much if not more due to the new contract he wanted.
  6. Some of you I want to ask a question: Do you care more about being right (about a player being bad) or watching your team win? As it stands today none of us know what Beasley will provide for production. The people who have all the information think this is a good move to make. I like the GM and coaches recognizing there a situation that needs to be addressed. Good for them for not sitting on their hands or trying to deny there is an issue. You want to live in the past and rehash how we got here? Go ahead, that is your luxury as a fan. I think a healthy approach which makes me feel better is that this could help Josh and the offense. What Beasley does is find spots in zone coverage, and Beasley always has had good hands. If either one of those traits has left completely, then Beasley will not be w/Buffalo for long and the team is in no different a spot then before.
  7. Bease is an emotional dude, I bet he says a lot of things that later he wishes he had said differently or not at all. The oline is a reason why we need someone who can find the quick opening in a defense for Josh to throw too. If he meets with the team and they think it’s a good fit, I’m all for it.
  8. Expecting a PFF article on how he is better than Josh any minute.
  9. I will be shocked if Elam doesn’t start or at least get a ton of snaps against Miami. Elam’s strength is press man coverage, which goes well against Miami’s wideouts. Elam is the fastest DB on the Bills. Need his speed going against Hill and Waddle.
  10. 100%. I wonder if anyone considered this aspect during the site selection.
  11. You are right. Now, if they had moved the stadium closer to the city then maybe.
  12. He had no meaningful snaps until 17 days ago. He is working into game shape while also learning to trust his knee. The psychological piece is important and with each snap it will improve. He should be hitting his stride during the playoffs.
  13. That’s a great interview. The Lawson signing by Beane is working out.
  14. Agree. Crowder could have been the other “go to” receiver for when Diggs is doubled.
  15. I listened to one of the Jet’s reporters this week on a Bills crossover podcast. The reporter said the coaches have Wilson running scout team and are working on his mechanics. They don’t want him even concerned about the game plan for the week.
  16. What about this regime’s actions has shown they take risks with a player’s health?
  17. Maybe, but could also point to them wanting fresh guys going later in the game against tired olinemen.
  18. John Brown: TD on 4 catches and 75 yards. Edmunds: Sack, Pick six, leads team in tackles.
  19. Hopefully this means we get more replays than we got in the NE game. Hard for me to adjust to Herbie doing pro.
  20. The Pats have been a “anything to win” franchise since Belichick got there. That has included dirty play and out right cheating. The cheating is well documented, it takes watching games to see the subtle dirty antics.
  21. Every team is different just like every person. While one team may need more time on task, another might need rest. Let’s see how the season plays out. Comparison isn't always the most accurate way to determine future successes.
  22. You doing ok today? I know yesterday had to be tough for you. Sorry for the dose of reality, I mean loss.
  23. Von is scheduled to be back for that game.
  24. If you think Tua is anywhere near Mahomes than I don’t know what to tell you. I get what you are trying to say but there is more to it than dumping it off to Hill and Waddle. Miami is proving that. Tua just isn’t the guy, he is an average QB with great weapons around him. Miami also has a below average defense. They might win 10 games this year.
