  1. how much can he “hold back” at this point? These teams have seen each other so much and it’s not like their entire personnel is different from the past couple of years. If you mean the Chiefs want to run more base with less blitzes and aren’t as concerned about confusing the oline or Josh, ok. How does that serve them? The Bills played them last year in the AFC championship game. Pretty sure they didn’t hold back then. I could really care less about this game. Part of me wants the Bills as a wildcard team, maybe a chip on their shoulder would serve them well. Problem is that the Bills are always a favorite or maybe a 1-2 point dog like last years AFCCG.
  2. Big difference between Josh and Goff. Cook is a better back than anything Detroit has at running back. If the Bills line plays like it did against Carolina, KC will have a long night even if they put 8 in the box.
  3. Best thing for the Bills is to have another team everyone is talking about. I hope the Pats are favored in the next meeting.
  4. “Go front there” will include significant more assets from the Bills.
  5. Send AJE with a first and fourth for Thomas.
  6. Could we be on the other side of a wideouts having a revenge game?? Like to see Samuel show he still can do it.
  7. The kid has physical attributes and showed he has skills in the most complete conference in college. Baring physical limitations from the injury, there is no reason this kid isn’t better than Trey right now. Let him learn on the field, that’s the KC way. It’s now on coaches to stop trying to make mediocre athletes into good corners and make a great athlete into an elite corner!
  8. Seriously. Time for Allen to show McDermott who is really in charge. I never thought I would say that but McD just isn’t the guy and honestly, what’s he going to do, bench Allen? Ha
  9. 211C, splurged and got the Harrah’s Cherokee Club for my 50th! Go Bills! We will also be in the Fans of Buffalo tailgate
  10. Yep! My first bike was a Falcons bike, tough to get anything else living in ATL back then. I put the number 10 on it!
  11. Those Falcons uniforms remind me of the ones from the 80's. I got to watch the first half of the 1983 game of Bills verse Falcons in one of the dugouts at the old Fulton County Stadium. My grandfather worked for the Bills in the 70's and 80's and we would get sideline passes when the Bills came to Atl. I had no clue how special a treat that was as a kid.
  12. I don’t know if I would want to be tied to Lamar. Not sure his game is going to age well. And in the end, the coach will be fired before Lamar is benched/dismissed.
  13. You were on the Mac Jones bandwagon pretty bad. I still recall you saying Belichick wanted Jones over Josh.
  14. I don’t think this D will hold the QB under 200 yards and allow less than 100 yards rushing. Usually McD takes one or the other away.
  15. As long as you aren’t a Saints fan you are fine. There is a new development going in around the stadium that by the time the Bills play here in 8 years it could be a totally different experience. For now hit one of the sponsored tailgates like mentioned in the thread. Not much “organic” tailgating around the stadium like there is in Buffalo.
  16. Yep! Hollins seemed like the focal point of the passing game that day. Mostly because Shakir got hurt the week before and Coleman was 4 games in to his career. Allen’s performance that day reminded me of the infamous Jax loss in Jax. I was at both those games! If I hadn’t made a vow to my cousin to see the Bills in every stadium, I’d stop going to away games.
  17. Houston comes to mind, maybe since I was there.
  18. Fair, i didn’t mean to imply it was a McD thing. There are zero give me games in the NFL. They are all professional athletes wanting to win for various reasons. And during a game anything can happen. Bills should and could win by 20, but I won’t be surprised if it’s a lot closer.
  19. seriously, some of these guys act like they started watching the Bills in 2019. I think Buffalo will win, but Miami is capable of putting up points. I have watched this Bills team under McD lay an egg every year. I want to believe this year is different, and I will is each week they show up prepared with a good game plan and execute it.
  20. Just don’t ask him to be part of a fake punt.
  21. If he needs to start on IR it’s not great and it could help with the “rookie wall” later in the year.
  22. Well they did waive Spector
  23. Thanks. Adamant might have been a strong word to use for what Cook has said. I have heard it referenced some by Joe Marino of LockedOnBills.
  24. I don’t hate the first option you suggest. It would allow the Bills some flexibility to spread out the cap hit some if they decided to cut him say after the 2027 season. Cook has been so adamant about the $15 mil a year, it makes me wonder how can the team get creative to make it look like that for his agent to post. In actuality it is structured more team friendly.
