The 2015 game was quite a performance by the Bills and one of the rare high points of Rex's career. We absolutely brutalized Brady that game and we exposed their offensive line which was very patchwork that year but getting by until that point. Patriots opponents the rest of the way took the bills formula established that game. pats lost the number one seed against a strong pass rush week 17 and lost the afc championship game against the broncos also due to a strong pass rush. It would not be surprising if this was the game Giselle was talking about when she referenced baradys concussions.

Kelly vs Marino -- Bills dominance
Charles Romes replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Another factor is Bruce owned Marino. It was hilarious watching Dan step up to the line every snap totally preoccupied with monitoring where Bruce was coming from. It was impossible to pile up huge sack stats on Dan who got rid of it quicker abb anyone but man did Bruce disrupt his play. -

The “Billsiest” way for the season to end
Charles Romes replied to stevestojan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Any outcome other than miraculously making it to the show will be equally Billsian playing great and collapsing, sucking the whole way, sucking with a sign of life after it's too late to induce false hope, or playing mediocre the whole way are all equally and profoundly Billsian. -
Tyrod Trade Value This Offseason
Charles Romes replied to wppete's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He would be worth a 3 (2 earlier in the year) if he had an appropriate salary. Problem is his salary is well north of his FMV salary (peaked at 12M now trending down to the 8M or lower range) so he will be released. -
Bills vs Colts pre-game Thread
Charles Romes replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Or hurt depending on how you look at it. In either case the level of variance between the visibility of the clubs (colts all white) probably will set a league record. -
Those were the days Big Bad Bills
Charles Romes replied to Chuckit's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
What a game that was. Nothing was going our way and we were down 13 in the 4th. Any other team would have called it a day. But greatness prevailed late and we pulled it out in OT overcoming a botched extra point by Norwood. -
To me the Reilly activation smacks of arm chair coaching. Marv Levy warned that if you do what the fans want you to do you will find yourself sitting amongs them. The fans think Dareus is lazy: give him away. The fans thing Peterman looks good back there: start him in a critical road game with playoff implications. The fans think Reilly has heart and character: sign him to the 53. When is this coaching staff and front office going to come up with a plan better than the fans.

My Dream: Can Taylor be our Slash?
Charles Romes replied to offyourocker's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This thread boils down what is TTs current value on the open market assuming he's released. I say $9M. He's actually worth a bit more but no team is going to pay a premium for a boring ball control offense. -
Is McBean trying to pull a Cashman Move?
Charles Romes replied to Kmart128's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Buffalo is a deathbed for a WR career. Your stats are going to be bad because we don't have a good QB. Even with a good QB the stats can be bad on account of the weather. -
8-8 or 9-7 is pretty impressive.
Charles Romes replied to Rigotz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yes I told myself early on that McD should be a coach of the year candidate with an 8-8 record. It doesn't make the losing and having no talent hurt any less. We all lost our sense of reality with the stunning 5-2 start. -
Would the Bills be in a better place if Marrone stayed?
Charles Romes replied to T-Bomb's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
As much as I hate to admit it history shows that Marrone was on the right side about many things. He was against drafting and starting EJ Manuel and the kings ransom paid for Sammy. The front office gave him nothing to work with at QB in either of his years. What he and Hackett were able to do pulling Orton off the bleachers at the last second in 2014 was in retrospect respectable if not admirable. -
Renewed Hope for a Win Sunday.....
Charles Romes replied to JMF2006's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I loved the schedule when it first came out. A 40 year old twice in December who would likely have hit the wall or be out altogether. Instead another routine MVP candidate season. We have not seen a 40 year old athelete with this level of dominance since Barry Bonds!
