  1. Past hour
  2. That's not really the case.......Gabe Davis was one of the league's most effective deep threats since he came into the league. His air yards per target and yards per catch were massive and it lead to impressive TD stats. He just didn't offer anything else so defense's adjusted and the Bills gradually got diminishing returns from his role in the passing game.
  3. Is he going to be throw out wide more often? We can't run everyone in the slot, even Coleman is projected as a big slot guy, so they'll have to get creative when getting him opportunities.
  4. I don't think that the bolded sentence is true at all. White didn't play the last 12 games of the regular season or the playoffs and had already been replaced by Douglas last season. Hyde and Poyer had some injuries, and both had significantly slowed down. If one or both were starters this season, they would be targeted by every DC. Floyd's 10.5 sacks will be missed. At best, Miller comes back better in 2024 than he was last season, and that hole at least closes if it doesn't disappear. Dodson backed up Bernard, but Bernard should be healthy and Matt Milano should be returning, too. I think that Morse might be missed at center and/or McGovern at guard but the OTs and the other OG are solid. McGovern's replacement at G was on the team last season. Both Diggs and G.Davis weren't big contributors in the second half of the season or in the playoffs. Both seemed to have lost the ability to make clutch plays in 2023. The Bills will miss Diggs' 1000+ yards, but not necessarily him. Davis was certainly not worth the $13 million the Jags are paying him. I don't think that the Bills were looking to replace Diggs and G Davis spot for spot. I think they want a WR corp that is sure handed and can catch passes in the middle of the field and in the red zone. R Davis is a nice addition to the RB group behind Cook and Johnson as both a runner and pass catcher.
  5. You think there won't be injuries by the time we get to the playoffs. Bernard worries me as a smaller guy who is always around the ball and plays aggressively. Milano and Daquan have injury histories. We're unproven at Safety and thin at CB. We missed Davis against KC, but he was otherwise a consistent part of the team during the win streak. Diggs too, even if his production was low. Teams consistently doubled Diggs and put their top CB on Davis, opening up opportunities for other guys like Shakir. Diggs and Davis are gone, so we'll see how Ds react. Might be a blessing to not have a consistent #1 target. I think we'll double down on the run game and if Davis can produce immediately that should be good. Morse was not the best run blocker, so could we get better there? Plus consistently running behind 2 TEs. I can't say the team is definitely better. There are some big question marks in many areas that we'll just have to see how it plays out.
  6. pathetic comeback. trying to emulate trump huh. You're preaching to your own cult choir....grow up. Get a job.
  7. I can't see that happening. I can see a team putting a good CB on him and calling it a win. That shuts down most TE's if teams are so unthreatened by your WR that they can afford to do that. First time I really saw it was Wade putting Antoine Winfield on Tony Gonzales and shutting him down. The tactic basically ruined Jimmy Grahams career when he went to Seattle and all they had were guys like Baldwin and Kearse outside. Kelce was a real exception as a guy who isn't very impactful inline but still tears up whoever he gets in coverage. Not sure Kincaid is going to become as much of a physical presence as Kelce. He's pretty finesse.
  8. Macron claiming he might send French troops to Ukraine https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13375319/Macron-vows-send-TROOPS-Ukraine-Putins-forces-break-lines.html
  9. Bad hamstrings and a heart condition. I think it’s still a long shot for him to have any kind of meaningful role, but he’s talented. Like an above poster mentioned, if he can gun or return kicks he could make it. Otherwise he’s a safe bet for the practice squad. Teams also stopped playing single high against us. Cook should help that return, but taking away Josh’s deep game has been defensive’s priority.
  10. Ya, the stupid path Read any good books lately?
  11. Joe Biden's Disappearing Act JAZZ SHAW When I got up this morning, I flipped through several news channels as I typically do. There was only one story being covered for the most part. Everyone was delivering live coverage of the action unfolding at the UCLA campus after the LAPD finally moved in to break up the ongoing pro-Hamas protests. Police decked out in riot gear were tearing down barricades and continually firing flashbangs as they faced off against a collection of students, faculty, and outside professional agitators who were almost all wearing hardhats, gas masks, and goggles to protect themselves from teargas. The press spiced up the coverage with occasional comments from political leaders ranging from Donald Trump to Speaker Johnson, all of whom condemned the rioters. But there was one figure conspicuously missing in this debate. Where is President Joe Biden? He apparently has little to nothing to say about all of this mayhem. {snip} So we should ask yet again... where is Joe Biden? During times like this, a real leader would be speaking out and urging calm, supporting a return to law and order. But that's not Scranton Joe's style. From the day he took office, he demonstrated that not only was the idea of law and order not a priority for him, but he saw it as an obstacle to his goals. He refuses to enforce immigration laws and criticizes police when they do their jobs. Why would he come out in opposition to rioting? To do so might cost him a couple of votes in Michigan and Minnesota. https://hotair.com/jazz-shaw/2024/05/02/joe-bidens-disappearing-act-n3787625 .
  12. Bills haven’t had a true deep threat since 2019 and part of 2020. Actions speak loud.
  13. You are so wrong and can't even see it. Ruined by Trump, so sad.....
  14. He is a good dude. He does have short arms. He is productive. Not only leading the league in catch % by a WIDE margin, his average yards per reception was also higher than most on the list. https://www.statmuse.com/nfl/ask/2023-nfl-contested-catch-rate-leaders-wr will he replicate those numbers? No chance, but he’s shown he can catch the ball at a very high level- even with those alligator arms.
  15. There is no greater affirmation that you have a sensible grasp on the issues than having a PPP commie telling you that you don't.
  16. How can I try to explain? When I do he turns away again It's always been the same Same old story From the moment I could talk I was ordered to listen, now there's a way And I know that I have to go away I know I have to go It's not time to make a change Just sit down, take it slowly You're still young, that's your fault There's so much you have to go through Find a girl, settle down If you want you can marry Look at me, I am old But I'm happy
  17. Coming from you must mean I’m on the right path 😉 You seem to know nothing of the people you support…
  18. The Bills appear to be holding their breath that this is the case. Hopefully they are bluffing and acquire DK Metcalf in June and we can stop this KJ Hamler/Andy Isabella nonsense.
