  1. Past hour
  2. these things are more circle jerks than anything novel. Tay Tay T-Swizzel is going to give a concert to them, too. It's all nonsense to do these things.
  3. Any coach that has JA17 as their QB should have won multiple super bowls by now. Instead, he has left us with 13 seconds and failed tush-pushes to argue about
  4. I don't think it's as small as you think, but whatever. We won't agree.
  5. the two are the 1st two picks in the 2nd round and they got their contract fully guaranteed....Now every 2nd round pick wants his contract to be guaranteed...The league is waiting to see who will blink first...the teams or the players.
  6. I totally agree. This article reminded me of the articles/lists that PFF would put out in its early days where its "analytics" would "prove" that some mediocre QB who was only starting because the team didn't have anybody better on the roster was actually a top five QB. I don't know what magical "analytics" the statboys are using but it smells a lot more like subjective opinion than numbers to me. Career-wise, Payton has certainly gotten good mileage out of his single SB appearance, but this is 2025 not 2009, and the NFL is a different league today than it was. Certainly McDermott was the better coach than Payton in last year's playoffs. I fail to see the relevancy of Tomlin's 2008 SB win, Payton's 2009 SB win or John Harbaugh's 2012 SB win to these coaches' ability in 2025. I think Herbert is doomed with Harbaugh as HC and Greg Roman as OC. Harbaugh had Roman as his OC in San Francisco before he departed for Michigan. Now he's hired him again. I disagree about Herbert. I think he's been the victim of crappy coaching his entire career, and it's only gotten worse with the new regime. I think what Roman wants him to do doesn't fit his skill set or his temperament. Harbaugh hardly made "the best out of a horrid group of skill players and a QB that isn't uniquely talented enough to overcome it"; he created the situation by forcing Herbert into his system rather than modifying his system to fit his QB. BTW, if you think I dislike Harbaugh and Roman, I plead no contest. Roman was the OC in Baltimore from 2019 through 2022. He failed to develop Lamar Jackson as a passer. In 2 seasons under Todd Monken, Lamar has become an infinitely better QB as demonstrated by his superlative stats in 2024. Teacher! šŸ–ļø Teacher! šŸ–ļø I know!!! šŸ–ļø I know!!! šŸ–ļø It took Andy Reid only 6 seasons to make the Super Bowl, 14 more seasons to actually win a SB! Are you buying the Bills? I didn't realize they were for sale.
  7. So did I and then I read a link above that says that Denver also has an unsigned first rounder.
  8. The top 2 picks in the round got fully guaranteed contracts. So the rest are holding out. That's pretty much it.
  9. I had a long time partner who regularly brought in a ton a revenue….and just as regularly never made any money. We’d get to the end of the fiscal year and he was totally befuddled. He never did figure it out.
  10. It's a giant leap you're making between a small reduction in retail tourism, to ticketed events. Even if we use the 13% decline in regular crossing and attribute that directly to the 7-10% of ticket holders from Canada. We're still talking virtual no one. That's like 150 people. The bigger issue is attendance as a whole. Win, and the tickets will go to Canadians or Americans.
  11. Kind of like reports of the slide showing ā€œpreserve lifestyleā€ā€¦ And if Terri is in such dire straits, he would just sell the Sabres immediately and/or more minority ownership in the Bills.
  12. I thought it was just the Bengals
  13. 4+ hours games were no good for anyone. Boring tv, too late at the ballpark. I used to time some pitchers who were taking seemingly forever in between pitches, it was literally over 60 seconds consistently between pitches. In an already low action sport, these guys were killing the game. 2-3 hour games are so much more enjoyable.
  14. How so? Use your big boy words.
  15. 1 and 2 are a product of modern NFL. Ty Johnson becoming Kevin Faulk is also a pleasant surprise. The current third down talk is similar to the goal line and short yardage of prior years. When given the opportunity he thrived. Cook is good out of the backfield and able to play out wide in formation. The good oline is why having a player of Cooks ability is important. Get 50 yards a touch down. Same hole with Johnson and Davis is first and 10 from the 22. Thats the difference and aspect lost in the rinse and repeat. If they dont resign him a day 2 pick will be used to replace him. One costs a bit more money but opens up an asset that enables another premium position to be improved with cost control.
  16. I did. Where? You know what ā€œneeding a minuteā€ means, right? And you lose at every turn. I can’t even think of the last time you had a win. But I’m sure in your mind though you’re saying ā€œI’d ***** me.ā€
  17. this was filmed one week after Trump won the election…quite eye opening on why Trump resonated with minorities, and then issues they wanted him to address (he’s hasn’t thus far lol)
  18. Keon Coleman....I think he's going to have a great camp. Lets see if it continues in the regular season.
  19. Eric Adams is probably the best option of the three, but I don’t think he can beat Zohran with Cuomo and Sliwa still in the race. He’ll also need to build up a semi-competitive ground game. You can’t just scream ā€œSocialist! Jihadist! Communist! Anti-Semite!ā€ from afar and expect anyone outside the PPP MAGA nursing home demographic to take you seriously. My guess is that the race will come down to the working-class minority neighborhoods, and so I really like Team Zohran’s odds. He’s refined the AOC 2018 playbook that enabled her to take down Joe Crowley. Oh, and I’m now hearing rumors of corporate donors pressuring Cuomo to stay out of the general election. So the establishment Dem fear is both palpable and justified, in both NYC and throughout the rest of the country. Trumpian and Israeli politics are absolutely factoring into these political dynamics, but demographic breakdowns in the NYC mayoral race polling data suggest more fundamental economic fissures in play…fissures that were equally emergent in the polling data during the 2016 and 2020 Bernie primaries.
  20. Mike Harringtons story in todays TBN is really depressing, the guy answered nobody and gave wise ass answers when he did. He never got a straight answer out of asking about Peterka
  21. I have to mention, when our son lived in Nashville across the street from Vanderbilt the unit next door was Kelsea Ballerini’s. He kept saying ā€œshe’s a big deal!ā€ but she just looked like one more girl in the hallway or at the pool to me. I had never heard of her before. My wife ran into her with her friend Tay Tay in the parking garage several times. That was only maybe 8-9 years ago? My how things have changed!
  22. Beat me to it šŸ˜‚
  23. Dalton Kincaid was there. He’s just so skinny nobody saw him.
  24. maybe they are attending remotely ? But...what we all want to know is Did Zach Ertz attend..if not..than..its..just..worth it...
  25. I have no doubt working remotely can work. Heck, I work remotely. But you have an anxious fan base and you have to think about the messages you send. Not having Jarmo at the presser was a misstep. Kevyn's whole demeanor was unsettling. Okay, you got me. It's totally possible that Black River Entertainment is a money loser. But based on the success of their lead artist, and the songs they own publishing for, the APPEARANCE is they are successful.
