Like I said... You are overwhelmed by emotions... Your fears are imaginary...

Shortly after the upside down car incident a local kid made the news. His parents had gotten him out of two DUI’s, but on the third one he killed a cop. There is no coming back from that. Not that it matters, but I pray this wasn’t the same kid I didn’t rat out (even though I figured it out after the cops had left and with morning light). Maybe that’s why that sticks with me in the back of my mind.

Umm well Josh Palmer and Elijah Moore combined for more yards than DK last year.. so if the bills had DK and he went for 1,000 yards But we add Palmer and moore and Palmer goes for 850 and moore goes for 500... That's literally better than one wide receiver going for a thousand And we added a big dude who is a good d tackle Sorry I don't agree with you when you say nobody would take those three players for just DK Metcalf lol I would take Justin Jefferson over those three You are severely overrating a 1000 yard receiver in the modern NFL
-
This^^^^ The Bills look to have misplayed the situation though. Remember his brother also pushed for money so why would the Bills have thought differently with James? History Repeats itself

I have Medicare and Medicaid. The basic lenses. My cost $0. What the cataracts cost me was a new car. Last yearI turned in front of an oncoming car and could have sworn that there was no car coming. I was headed into the sun. in the morning.

Mine too. I bought it at Wegmans yesterday. -
I disagree with basically your entire post but this part is the most stark. You could call EVERY team in the league for WR1-25 and exactly zero point zero percent of them would trade that guy for Palmer+Ogunjobi+Moore. Moore couldn’t even find a job until April. Holes? DK would effectively replace the need for Palmer/Moore at all, and we are going 6 weeks without Larry already. That’s partly why we drafted 4 more DL players this year.

First player in Beane's nine-year tenure is proof that he's special. I could live with such an agreement not to tag him. Good idea.
-
I 100 percent believe he saw Shakir get hurt and said “nope, I’ll wait on a deal.”
-
Brady was a cheater at the highest level, in NFL history the NFL has punished teams 3 times with loss of 1st round draft picks and all three Brady was the beneficiary of the cheating. I will admit that part of the insult is how the same guy argues Brady is the GOAT but Barry Bonds is not when Barry is the lesser of the two cheaters.

Have you ever had to call 911 for anything?
Golden*Wheels replied to BillsPride12's topic in Off the Wall
It's always a tough choice Augie....to be square, or not to be square. I'm old enough now, I got corners so sharp they can cut. But there was a time I'd have said imma mind my bidnezz! -
I'm all for giving him some minor concession like an agreement not to tag him if he just wants to play out the season. Get him locked and loaded for a big contract year and then take the comp pick for 2027 and draft a replacement. He's a dam fine back but at some point I think you are in or you are out...

Hats and all merch been bad for a long time. Companies know they dont have much competition with licensing expenses.... so they piss on your cereal knowing damn well your hungry enough to eat it. See, Fanatics MLB/NHL! Its a sadistic experiment to shout F! U! in your face, and then laugh maniacally, cause they know eventually youll just get over it and buy something anyways Honestly, half the stuff on Etsy is cooler than this.... and the top 5%, are lightyears cooler than anything youve bought in a store! -
Shakir had a good game against them last year in both, surpassing 60 yards and leading us. Coleman did not have a good playoff game and 50 yards the first. I don't think Coleman should be put out there the same way or what's expected from the Ravens. I think this years game plan, week 1, will be something conservative and simple for our offense.

AJaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!! LOL but seriously are we even going to be able to field a team at this point if we have 2 or more guys a day going down... clearly an exaggeration... but is this recency bias and I am just forgetting other years? or is this year worse than most... seems to me it is...
-
I was going to ask if it comes in grey. I'd buy it.
-
I'd love to know his ratio of number of injuries/games played in. I'd bet it's one of the highest in NFL history.

And when Cook ***** and cries about the fines, and when Beane is asked about Cooks fines, Beane should respond "Business". Bills hold all the cards. And Cook is acting like a child. Non Bills DNA
-
Let Cook hold out. $50,000 a day fines (can no longer be waived by club as per latest CBA) add up in a hurry. And he needs to play 6 games to accrue a season. He won't hold out for months. I'd rather get Cook's contribution this year and a comp pick next year than trade him now under duress and lose his contribution on the field. Yes, he's not a three-down back, but he will be missed.

When the Bills make the SB this year, what’s your go to?

I believe he must play 6 games to get a full season toward Free agency. So Nov 30th Against Houston. Now Ponder this on the Tree of Woe... If he came back then he would be fresh for the playoffs. See... I can see the glass half full 😁 -

I live in the southern tier. I’ll be driving up to Buffalo to watch and celebrate. -
No problem I was high on Davis coming out, he was my top RB's in that draft. So I am not too worried about having to run him instead of Cook, but I would also be lying if I said we don't lose anything without Cook. If Cook holds out into the season, so be it IMO. Davis and Ty can hold the job down until he eventually reports because he isn't going to skip the season and he needs to be back by a certain week (I forget what week that is) for the season to count for him. So I have no doubt he would play. Also - I really don't think he will hold out into the season. Beane is very transparent and very communicative. They are going to know where the sides are at, there won't be much accomplished by holding out. Cook is a competitive guy and he wants to play and he wants a SB. So I think he more than likely will be ready to go week 1 personally, but in fairness thats just my opinion. The real issue is we don't really know how far apart they are to even know if there is a realistic chance a deal can get done. Maybe Hard Knocks will reveal some insight on what the Bills have offered, but we don't know otherwise, so hard to say whether or not there is a deal to be had here. But, my instinct tells me that they can't be miles apart otherwise Cook and his team probably would have just asked for a trade. So given there has been no trade request and Cook showed up and participated at camp, it makes me think that the deal isn't there, but also not so far apart that they don't have hope they can get there on both sides.
